Family in for the weekend from Kentucky. Loved the pool for the kids. Great breakfast and staff was very accommodating when we brought food in for lunch. Great stay

Great hotel. Great vibe. Didn’t need any service so all good. However, we didn’t know breakfast had to be paid for and my husband was chased down to pay for it LOL, but everything else was great.

I had to stay in Chicago due to a 4 hour delay in Charlotte, which resulted in missing my connecting flight that day. Upon checking in with my 9 week old puppy ( which was clearly visible), I was not informed that there would be an additional 75.00 charge for her. They just charged my credit card without informing me.
Deceiving? Not for coming? Unprofessional? All of the above. Customers should have been informed of this at check in. I stayed at a Sheridan hotel in Charlotte the night before and had no additional charges.
I may add that I was very careful that she didn’t soil or destroy anything in the room. Thanks Hilton, I’ll be
staying anywhere except with you on future trips.

The desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel - the food was fine and the service was good. There was really nothing else around, so no opportunities for other food or picking up incidentals, since we had no car. The hotel shuttle was prompt and was available 24 hours, which was good because we had to be at the airport very early the next morning.

The staff are very attentive and have wonderful customer service. They made you feel at home. I had a great weekend with my husband and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub. It was close to the casino so we had some fun there as well and didnt have to drive far. The hotel is very well kept and clean! I would reccomend staying here!

Check in wasn't very communicative and acted rushed. I asked her if there was an upgrade available for a one bedroom suite. She said you're in a one bedroom. I had booked some time ago and couldn't remember. Nope. Just a regular hotel room. It seems to me that being desk personnel should know the difference. Maybe this hotel doesn't have suites. I don't know. Because she doesn't know. Outside of that we had a great time. Pool area a little dirty but that could have just been because the people were slobs that day and they hadn't gotten to clean it yet. Fake eyelashes and band aids laying around. Yuck!

The property was good. Stayed there several times but this particular time I had to notify staff about kids running up and down the stairs at night making too much noise and and playing in the hallways.

Stayed 1 night dropping my daughter back to college. Very clean and comfortable hotel. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was great as well as the service. Everything seems recently updated and the price was good campared to other options. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with the family on New Years Eve! The staff was,very friendly. The rooms and the pool were very clean!
Itt is near a lot of restaurants but the restaurant and bar was nice and not expensive so we stayed in and ate there . It is also walking distance to the casino. The family and I would definitely stay there again!

Clean and Quiet. Would of been nice if pool was a lil warmer, and I'd been made aware there was a $20 parking fee. Worth the money in a nutshell 🙂

I would have liked a continental breakfast option, the cost was a little too high for the area, especially when you're competing against delivery. Also, the charge for parking in an area where it is not downtown? There was no lack of packing necessitating a parking fee.

Fast and easy check in; staff was very friendly. Our room was nice with a comfortable bed and quiet hallways. Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub both nights of our stay. I was extremely pleased with my stay here and would stay again.

The shuttle never picked me up from the Airport i called and someone told me the services were not offered but, they were. I was not expected to pay a deposit fee and parking at the hotel was $20 a day.. which waa ridiculous especially since we are the guest. That was ridiculous. Also when stated about breakfast the options were not great there was not enough choices for those of us who do not eat pork.
