New property, some things unclear on check in (got little instruction, interaction, direction from staff who sort of slid our key to us ..)… unclear about breakfast (turned out to be something we pay for—that’s ok, but would have preferred being told the night before upon check-in; didn’t tell us where to go to find our rooms until we asked … these are small things but they sort of mattered when staying somewhere new. We think the hotel could pick us up from the airport that is adjacent. We had to pay $27 for an Uber…and $40 for breakfast for 2…and more Uber again the next day to the rental car. Then we find out the rental car company “would have” picked us up. Also, since the rental car company told us they have picked up many guests at that hotel location … maybe the hotel should be aware of this. I feel it’s the job of the hotel to help guests with things like this — knowing these things. Would have saved us money and would have demonstrated their expertise — a missed opportunity here I think. Ask Hilton to pick up guests who fly in and are forced by changing airline schedules to stay overnight. It would make me want to stay there again, and might increase occupancy. Otherwise I clean, new, luxury stay in Mukilteo and excellent breakfast, even if having to pay for it. Food was very good.

Ate breakfast in the restaurant and the service was so poor and the water from the little shop was extremely overpriced at $3US for Kirkland brand water.

This a great place to stay in the Everett area. Close to everything including the Mukilteo water front and ferry. Their chefs are great all my meals tasted awesome. My only complaint about staying here is the disinfect that they use. I can't handle the smell of Lysol spray. There are other great products they could use that will clean as well and not have the smell of a cleaner.

Beautiful view of Boeing Factory and staff was friendly. We stayed in a newly remodeled room so it was very clean.

Rooms were very run down. Fridge was falling out of the damaged cabinetry. Doors, walls, furniture scuffed, scared, or damaged. Microwave was sparking & had a burned area on inside of the door. Reported this to the front desk. No food available on weekends (not mentioned on website). Otherwise clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The place is currently undergoing a remodel.

I’m sure this hotel is nice at other times. During my visit there was remodeling happening. There was not sufficient parking, there was a lot of construction going on, and the water was shut off for eight hours on my last day. These conditions made the stay very difficult and uncomfortable.

Right by the aviation museum and a quick walk to some good eats. Only complaint is with the bar not being open on a weekend because they're catering to the mon-fri business travelers.

I was very happy with my stay. Super close to the airport and the mall. Lots of things very close by. The hotel has undergone a really nice renovation. Indoor pool and jacuzzi, fitness center and the small but convenient restaurant in the lobby. A small store with food and incidentals should you need them. Really enjoyed our brief stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and the hospitality was great.

Under construction with no warning on the website. Night staff not trained “I’m sorry this is only my 2nd shift” when we asked for toilet paper, that was what we were told. So we had to take pieces of toilet paper from the lobby bathroom and bring it up to our room. Staff were unable to provide toilet paper because they were never shown where to find the stock for patrons if needed. Hot tub was dirty and the enclosed space for the hot tub and pool had so much chlorine in it that the fumes burnt your eyes. Limited parking due to the hotel being surrounded by construction bins. Check out time was 11am and we were just about out the door at 11:04am when housekeeping pounded on the door and said “housekeeping, check out is at 11am get out” so rude! the room itself was dusty and dirty. Tub was not cleaned, shower curtain was gross, provided toiletries were half empty. The beds were absolutely terrible and beyond needing replacement. I’ve been staying at this hotel 2xs or more a year for the last 12 years and after this weekend I will never be going back. So disappointed with this stay and sad that these standards are acceptable for a Hilton hotel.

Toilet didn’t work, and front desk was not willing to call maintenance until the morning (when I was checking out) - submitted a complaint to Hilton website. The hotel is overall nice, my experience though was not :/

Printer didn't work so couldn't print boarding passes. Was disappointed there were no free rides to the airport at Paine field.

Black mold in the shower. Thermostat quit working, had to move rooms at 10pm due to the room getting to hot. Cafe closed on Saturday. They’re entertainment guide states Netflix / Hulu - not true. When I called the front desk and asked how to access the streaming apps the response was “I don’t know I don’t stay in the rooms”.

Great location, near various attractions. No info regarding room cleaning; ie, we were supposed to call house keeping if we wanted room done. Since when? No mention was made when making the reservation that the continental breakfast would be $10 per person per day. That’s a pricey bowl of cereal or bagel. Higher priced than some nearby properties so we were expecting more.

Bathroom floor and lower walls were slightly soiled with accumulation of debris in the sealant, and there were hairs in and around the bathtub. Traffic noise woke us up early. However, the beds were nice, pillows cushiony, and the main room was clean overall.

We were located on the first floor unfortunately too close to the swimming pool and the pool didn’t close till 11 in the evening. And it was very noisy. You could hear everybody going up and down the hallway quite a lot . However, the staff was very friendly and very courteous.

Fantastic especially being located beside Boeing airport and factory. Directly next to Boeing store too! Great for Boeing fans. However, toilet bowl did not flush well on the last day.
