Room was not serviced during our stay. I had to request more towels and toilet paper. Trash was not emptied. Too many cars parked (not just loading/unloading) in the drop off area. Was traveling with a disabled person and was difficult at times to drop her off at the main door.

The hotel was very clean and smelled great. Room was very clean no problems. The only complaint we had was since hotel is next to the feeder road you had multiple cars speeding through to avoid traffic light at the street corner. very dangerous almost got hit trying to cross from my car to the front door of the hotel.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, and very clean everywhere. Fragrance in the hallway was a bit overwhelming. Some noise from the freeway on the wing we stayed in.

Overall a good stay. Lobby was very clean and welcoming. Room was a bit run down. Carpet torn all the way across threshold, spots all over bathroom ceiling, toilet paper holder barely attached to the wall.

Hotel was great. We did have issues with bed and cleanliness. There was used tissues with lipstick. In the bed from possible prior guest.

My room was great, the bed very comfortable. The front desk employee was patient and helpful when my door key didn't work. She moved me to a different room. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work. It showed it was trying to connect/no signal. There wasn't anything wrong, just me, user error. She came to my room and got it going. I didn't know how to get the heat going ( a cold front had just come in). She took care of that, too. All my problems, not the hotel's. They went over and above for me!

Property was easy to access off Hwy. Check-In was smooth. Hotel had a weird smell in hallways. Cleaning staff did not clean my room or replace towels. I had to call the front desk to have towels brought up and to remove trash. The excuse she gave wasn’t acceptable. The a/c in the room was not working properly. Overall rating was Poor-Average.

Very clean hotel, and I slept great! Only issue was that the internet was out while I was there. I understand it is not the hotel that decided to do that, but it was an inconvenience during my stay.

I expected my room to be cleaned and ready when I arrived. The room was very nice but I had to get disinfectant wipes and clean the greasy handprints from the desk, the coffee bar, the bathroom vanity and splatters on the toilet seat. I was offered another room but was to exhausted to move my things as I had already brought everything in. I then had to ask for more washcloths as there was only one in a double queen meant for up to four folks.

We had a great stay. The room was nice, clean and quiet.The complimentary breakfast was excellent, way more options than just waffles and cereal. The only down side was the construction making it tricky to get into parking lot. But other than that everything else waa great.

Had 2 rooms, had a problem with air in one room late at night, had to change rooms. The staff made things happen quickly so thought a issue it didn't turn into a problem. Nice hotel clean with excellent staff.

It was a nice area to stay with lots of walkable options. Staff was nice at check in and check out. The room is big and nice however as soon as you walk in the carpet to room 205 was torn like it hadn’t been installed properly, our closet door didn’t close, and toilet paper holder was wobbly. It was a comfortable stay and would stay again.

Friendly staff! Sean on our first night was a lifesaver after a rough day of travel...felt like we had been welcomed into his home. I regret that I did not get the name of the woman who worked Sunday and Monday, but she was also fantastic--felt like she was my neighbor, asking how the wedding went. I intend to recommend Fairfield to all of my relatives who visit the Denton area!!

This hotel is in excellent condition at a fair price. If you need a clean place to stay while on the road Denton Fairfield is a good choice.

Just about everything was nice.. wasn't sure why our room wasn't cleaned when we were gone all day. Also, I couldn't figure out how to make iron work as water kept dripping from the iron.. complimentary breakfast was very, very nice...

Very nice clean hotel. It looks brend-new and perhaps is so. Everything was great.

After paying, I was told the water would be off the next day from 9 am to 6 pm. Very inconvenient. I had dinner plans at 7 pm. I had worked out and needed to shower at 6 pm. Water was supposed to be on but did not come on until 9 pm. Missed my dinner. The staff was very unapologetic when I inquired about the water, almost rude.
Also, the elevator broke

Everything was good except the children in the room above us seemed to be wrestling on the floor until after midnight, when we had to wake up early the next morning.
