I really enjoyed my visit to NYC and my hotel was big part of it. The hotel was flawless, clean and well managed. I couldn't ask for more.

Location was perfect for us, for the plans we had. Service and front desk staff were very courteous and accommodating. Room and bed were comfortable.

I had to come here because my apartment caught on fire early Saturday morning. I am a New Yorker. No one at the Front Desk was sympathetic or kind. I was given grief because I didn't have my NY State ID on me.
I have since booked 2 more nights because I am homeless at the moment and none of the Front Desk staff has once been kind, in general. I am shocked I am at a Marriott Hotel.

It is a confortable hotel. Subway station 86th and 96th near the hotel. Many restaurants around the hotel. It is 1,5 km from Central Park. There are microwave, refrigerator and Coffee machine in the room.

Room was clean. Shower was good. Only 1 teabag is not enough and 1 day it was decaf in the room. Helpful staff.

It was a good trip we were there for my sons heart surgery. The Marriott was very comfortable clean couldn’t ask for better. It was in a good area near where the hospital is so it was very convenient to get back-and-forth from the hotel to the hospital.
The staff at the hotel was very gracious, especially a young man by the name of Florentino, who was very helpful to us.

There was no lotion in the room. Housekeeper came in even though sign was on door handle. No luggage rack for suitcase.

My in laws were visiting so I booked them a room here and their elevator broke the first night and they were stuck in there for nearly 30 min without any help on the way. My father in law had to open itself.
Second night they had poor treatment from hotel staff when asking for a bag of ice

Like a little home away from home! At one point an elevator went down, and at another point it was very hot due to the AC not working (it was set for winter, and the weather was unseasonably warm). But other than that it was a beautiful stay and I’d come again!

We booked this hotel due to the proximity to places we need to get to go to. Room is clean and quiet

Comfortable room and bed. Adequate towels, however the in room coffee was horible, small package of cheap creamer which hardly change the coffee color. I expected more.

The Hotel is key for a great vacation, the area is safe, many restaurants, stores and close to tranportation to go around Manhattan. Front desk people very friendly and gave us good suggestions to go around.
I will come back again.

Bed linens and blankets were not clean and had visible stains. AC was very noise. No dining options. Will not stay here again.

I did not like the fact that price match was not honored. I did not like the nearly $300 a night and the entry carpet into my room was literally duct taped together. The staff was courteous and I’ve always stayed here when visiting my daughter. The housekeeping staff were amazing.

Older hotel. Desk attendants were not very friendly or helpful, especially with parking. Room was small, dark and a cold air leak through the window sealing kept the room cold, despite the heat working. The parking process was complicated and we received little assistance from the desk clerk, as it was not the hotel responsibility, we were told, even though there was a parking kiosk in the lobby. The hotel was a convenient location for us.

This is a big city hotel in a quiet (for NYC) neighborhood. Modern conveniences. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Only comment is heavy perfume scent upon entering my room. I stayed for four days. I will use this hotel again.

Unworthy of the Marriot brand… . in need of a renovation/update. The entrance was not clean. Rooms were much cleaner.. unfriendly staff. The coffee maker was inconveniently placed on top of the microwave it was unreachable for a pettite person. Had housekeeping everyday with fresh towels!
