Lovely hotel within walking distance of the Pal-Arinsal gondola which was perfect for our ski trip! Staff were friendly and helped us organise rental equipment and ski storage for the duration of our stay.
A few things to note as the information on Expedia is a little outdated:
- Parking is €15-20 per night (inside or outside car parks available), however, there is a free car park directly opposite the hotel which we didn’t realise until afterwards
- Spa is €15 per person per HOUR (not day), still worth a visit after a day on the slopes!

Nice location near the amenities of the town. The hotel itself was not special. I had read great reviews earlier, but I was disappointed. The rooms were very noisy - you could hear children cry in the room next to you and you could even hear the alarm of the neighbours in the morning. Furthermore, the beds were really wobbly/unstable and the shower-cabin was very small. The breakfast and dinner were good and the spa was also nice to have after a day of skiing. Altogether I would not come back to this hotel because as I value a good night of rest.

Great hotel for families - close to the ski lifts, excellent family rooms and very good facilities (bowling alley, arcade, spa etc). Breakfast was ok - good selection but prefer proper yoghurt rather than little pots of set yoghurt, and lacked nuts, seeds, berries, porridge etc for healthier options. Juice/coffee not great either but did the job. Only gripe is the amount of things you have to pay extra for which I would expect to be included, e.g. parking @ €20 per night (but was free down the road), spa access at €52 for our family of 4 for one hour, bowling also extra. Will definitely stay again if we take the children but would prefer somewhere smaller and cosier for a stay with just my husband and me as it’s a bit hectic (it was half term though)

Even my basic room was spacious with a big bathroom and fantastic walk in shower. Warm, quiet and perfectly located for restaurant and the gondola.

The hotel upgraded our room, for no extra charge when I pointed I out that we preferred a double bed to two single beds. The staff were all very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for the ski lift. The amenities in the hotel were very good and everything was clean and tidy.

Customer service was the highlight. Everyone was extremely friendly to us. Wide range of excellent food options for breakfast and dinner. Room was comfortable.

Facilities good - especially the spa. The bar area had a good atmosphere. Room was adequate.
Found some of the reception staff quite rude and abrupt.

We booked room only and choose not to pay the extra 12 euros per person for breakfast or to add on dinner, so cannot comment on food. But for a 4 star hotel i would have expected the room to be much better. Bathroom was quite grim, tiles were dirty and no shower screen so the floor got drenched every shower. The bedroom was very cramped and stuffy...no where to sit except the bed. Only one small radiator to dry to dry gloves, ski jackets on. Location was great super close to the gondola. Spa was nice but you have to pay extra to use. Would go back to Arinsal but probably book an apartment next time as will be guaranteed sufficient space to live in for a week.

We had access of a lot of pastries at breakfast but it wasn’t fresh enough. I would suggest less food and more quality.
It was not a 4 star hotel standard I was expecting at all.
To sum up, unfortunately my wife left a silver necklace at out room and we contacted the hotel hours later to let they know and they just answer as back in the next day after requesting by email and calling them again.
Of course, they said they didn’t find the necklace in the end. It was an anniversary gift really sentimental worthy for us.

Large hotel, nice rooms but double glazing not very good as could still hear traffic at front. Lacked any charm and more suited to big groups. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice spa at 15 Euros for 2 hours. We didn't eat in the hotel as there were some nice restaurants very close by where we had breakfast and dinner much cheaper. The hotel is close to the ski lift and restaurants and a couple of ski shops. There is also a ski bus and village bus where for a few euros you can go to Andorra la vella. Overall good for 2 or 3 days.

When I booked through online operator Expedia, there was no option to include meals. I stayed at the hotel twice before and had meals included. When I asked for the price to add the meals it was far more expensive than if I had it as an inclusive package / there was no concession for being a hotel guest / repeat hotel guest. Dinner 25 for adults 15 for children, no drinks included. This is so highly priced in comparison to the prices in other venues in Arinsal it is prohibitive. I felt a very warm welcome with all of people of the hotel with the exception of this. This felt unwelcoming / a price that would discourage guests from eating buffet. Other than this all was good in the hotel except the bed (mattress cover) and pillow filler felt synthetic and uncomfortable. Sheets quality was fine. Pool tables need to be re covered. All staff were friendly and helpful.

BEWARE...BAIT & SWITCH. I booked a double lux room, which promised a deep soaking tub and mountain views. I also picked this hotel because of the spa. AFTER I paid the nonrefundable payment, I got a message saying that the spa is not open on the days we are there, and that it's also a 15 euro/ person fee. When we arrived, there was NO tub, NO view, and the room was much smaller than what I booked. I explained this to the front desk and showed the screenshots from the booking. She told me to wait 20 minutes to change to a different room. After 40 minutes (it's now well past 10pm, and we're exhausted), we were sent to a different room that was basically the exact same as the first- no tub, no view, but maybe slightly bigger. We will definitely NOT be returning.

A luxury hotel with glamorous touches especially the Aquarium cocktail bar and the Spa centre.

We arrived and reception was prompt but not friendly.
We found that all through our stay.
The staff performed the jobs they had to do but there was very little friendly interaction with the customers. I had stayed the last 3 times previously in La Massana were the staff were excellent.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Great stay with the gondola almost next door. I would book here again if visiting this ski resort which was great for us.

Very poor service have stayed before was a lot better , was charged 64 euro extra per nite for a child in my room ridiculous ripoff , a lot of grumpy staff on reception , will be going elsewhere next year

The Princesa Parc is an ideal location for skiers as the gondola is only a short walk away. The hotel itself is very comfortable and clean. We stayed half board and the meals available were to a high standard and lots of variety to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

was in the princessa parc hotel for skiing, we were in the Lux type room which is better than their standard and one below their best rooms.
the team in the holel is very friendly and helpfull.
food was great
one things that was a bit botthering, the room ventilation was not good which caused us to feel air of 'closed places' , it wasn't too bothering.
overall , would go back there , (but would ask for a room that is better ventilated :-)

Ski hotel, friendly staff, the usual setup for package holiday: breakfast, dinner, etc. Bowling, lots of games, pool, fusbol, etc. Mixture of nationalites as guests. Spa (payable), gym. Food okay, a bit similar every day, but overall fine.
