Very good, comfortable hotel. The girl that checked me in was very helpful. when I told her that I have mobility issues she gave us a first floor room near an exterior door that we could park by. Very accommodating. We will stay here again.

Room was just okay, but there was hair remaining in the bathtub, the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and caving in, the breakfast was limited in comparison to other hotels at the same price point.
Woman who checked us in was very nice, friendly and helpful.

The property is fine. We did have an issue getting the room cool enough. The biggest problem was the breakfast. When we got to the dining room at 6:12 am, there were people everywhere. We went back to our room and waited until that group cleared out, around 6:30. There was NO food left. The person at the counter was it there so we had to ring the bell. We told him that there was no food. He slowly went to the dining room and put out a little more food over the course of the next 15 minutes. I recommend IHOP!

There was cracked tile and loose tile in the bathroom. there was also a bubble on the ceiling. There was only one wash cloth.
It was very quiet. The toilet flushes with great power. The room was very clean. The breakfast bar was very nice but very small. No bacon.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Was surprised by the $50.00 credit card "fee" when checking in due to this being an expedia account. Was disappointed in the bathroom only have two bath towels, no hand towels or wash clothes. Had asked for a mobility room. Did not get one.

The hotel was nice and clean. I have stayed there before and most likely will again. I read a review about someone complaining about the noise from the Sonic fast food restaurant which is located beside the hotel. I kind of laughed at the review as I had stayed there before and there was no noise. Well I happened to stay at there on a Saturday night. The Sonic restaurant was the hangout for all the town. The constant reving of car engines, squealing tires and the cars racing out of the parking lot went on for hours till at least one in the morning. It was non stop. I turned on the A/C for white noise but it was loud when it cycled on and kept waking us up. I swear they were making loops around the hotel. Nice place, nice staff, good breakfast.

Friendly staff. Was very clean although it was an older hotel. Convenient location. Would stay agin when in the area.

Check-in was smooth. The room was clean, bed comfy, shower had good water pressure. Charles was very helpful in the morning all while keeping the breakfast filled. The hot tub was a great temp. Pool a little cold. Things to know. This isn’t a new building. The price, location and services more than met our needs. Will definitely stay again if we pass through. Breakfast was usual hotel breakfast, not fancy, but it worked. Great coffee.

Check in went well..TV lost DirecTV signal every 5 seconds..did all of the suggested troubleshooting and still no good…glad I had my ROKU with me…toilet had dried urine and hair around the base…left a note for the maid along with a small tip..Other than that, the room was clean, location was nice, breakfast was the usual motel breakfast, and Deming is a nice small city.

they charged my card $100 deposit, that was ok but when it was to go back to my card after check out only $50 when back in. i called to see why and was told that we left a red stain on a towel, and that is not true. i asked for a copy of the the pic they said they took and have not received one. The manager was to call me back and has not. The person i sopke with said we stayed in room 315 but my receipt showes 313. I know we did not leave any stains in the room at all. I did call the head office of Comfort inn and filed a complaint

We have stayed here before on our way east. All was wonderful until I went to check out. He said I owed $70.00. Could not say why. I was beyone mad. He called someone and decided I did not owe anything. We stayed at this property on our way west on August 20 and lady checked out and all was OK

We arrived at 10 pm to no one at the front desk, no signs saying they'd be back shortly, or bells to signal someone to come to the front. After calling out several times and waiting we knocked on the door to the back and a young woman, Lequisha, came out of the back, ticked off that we had the audacity to knock on that door!! After finally getting checked into our room we found our phone did not work, nor the refridgerator, the peep hole was missing, and the bathroom sink was spraying water everywhere when turned on.
We prepaid for four nights for a family event so were stuck there. Every night we came back to the hotel we had been locked out of our room so we were forced to go back downstairs to get our new key. I've never had such a crappy experience at any hotel and we travel a lot!! I do have to say that Gilbert was very helpful when we dealt with him.
