We stayed here overnight for a track meet. I tried to call ahead to confirm my reservation and the man who answered made me feel uncertain that my reservation was good. When we arrived, it took him a while to come to the front and check us in. He seemed friendly enough so I let it go. The only complaint with the room is that the curtains are very sheer and I didn't feel like it was private enough. I breastfeed my son and I need more privacy. Also, I didn't want anyone to see us changing our clothes. Room was very nice and clean otherwise.

I LOST MY RESERVATIONS & CALLED THE HOTEL AND GOT CONFIRMATION, CHECKIN WAS EASY, STAFF WAS REALLY FRIENDLY, A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT I LOST MY RECEIPT AND CALLED AND THEY EMAILED ME A RECEIPT WITH NO PROBLEM I'VE COMFORT SUITES BEFORE AND ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE

I never checked in, vehicle problems required cancelation of the trip. I went online to expedia to cancel the reservation and by mistake canceled the cancelation fee. Then I could not cancel the reservation. I contacted my credit card company and at present I still have to pay. It does not make sense to allow the cancelation fee to be canceled and not the reservations. I do not recommend Expedia and presently will never use again!

The hotel itself is good. But there was a bunch of construction inside the hotel. Banging at all hours.. Probably should have put something on the website about it to warn people. I come out of our room and the carpet was tore up and workers right outside the door on all fours. I almost tripped over him.

Hotel was being renovated, which was fine. Our room was nice. Water pressure and shower head needs work. We had two nearly empty rolls of toilet paper and no backup. Other than that it was very nice. Nice new carpet and the AC worked beautifully!

Wanted to book this place initially, but said sold out. After recovering from check in at previous booking, luckily this one popped up as having availability and although much more than original, well worth the peace of mind.

Traveled from Florida to Memphis and back, and stayed in Oxford both direction. Comfort in on the way home was far better than the hotel on the way. Room was much nicer, entire hotel seemed cleaner and just nicer in general. Breakfast was pretty standard. Overall I was happy with the room.

The hospitality of the receptionists, cooks, cleaning crew, and all the employees we encountered. We had a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay. Standard 1-2 night hotel. Clerk was friendly but lobby smelled like a sour mop. 3rd floor was musty as was room. Bathroom did not meet my cleanliness standards.

Front desk girl was not helpful even rude asking for an extra blanket for sofa bed, very difficult to get info from her, was usually in the back & had to wait extended periods for her to come out to front desk. The room was OK, some of the furniture ( TV/ chest of drawers) is showing age at base with chips and peeling. The breakfast staff was very pleasant tho but the younger front desk girl seriously brings down the rating.

We were placed in room 101, which is on the other side of the wall from the pool equipment. Our headboards and pictures on the wall literally vibrated, and the loud hum of the equipment wasn't the type of white noise you want. I searched for hotels with pools; this hotel has one, but it wasn't much bigger than a large hot tub. So if you want plenty of pool space, choose another location. The staff was so kind!

Hotel needs updating and the area did not feel very safe. I was glad my wife wasn't with me. I would not have felt safe with her here and would have moved hotels.
