Waited over 15 minutes to check in in the late evening hours. Front desk person wasn’t anywhere and several guests were waiting. I had already reserved a room and paid or I’d have gone elsewhere after driving 11 hours to get there.
The bed is not a Queen more of a full. Hard as a rock mattress. The curtains reek of old smoke despite being a no smoking room.

Clean and comfortable. Accommodated late arrival. Friendly and courteous staff. Thanks for a great stay. Breakfast options for warm or cold breakfast we're sufficient.

Stayed one night just to get some rest on our way down to Gulf Shores. Check-in was fine. Entered the room and immediately noticed an overwhelming smell of cleaning products; however, the room wasn’t very clean. There was mold around the faucet in the bathroom, the bathtub was dirty and still had hair in it from the previous occupants. The bedding also had several stains. My husband went in the bathroom a found a huge roach. We didn’t eat breakfast in the morning as we didn’t feel comfortable do so because of the aforementioned roach.

The staff is super nice but when our toilet was clogged and there was no maintenance crew available overnight, it made our stay uncomfortable.

The hotel is quiet and near shopping and restaurants. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The lobby and the room were super clean. The room was spacious. Loved the window seat! The bed was firm but comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean. The breakfast included cereal, juice, sausage muffins, donut holes, danish, toast, bagels, coffee, hot teas, and make your own waffles. I’d stay here again!

This area is wonderful. We ate at the Olive Garden which is right across the street from the hotel. The hotel and staff was great the only problem we had -and I reported it-was the pillows on the bed were FLAT. Unable to sleep due to that and woke up with a bad headache. Everything else was great

Mary the maid on my gloor was delightful. I was there to visit the church of jesus christ of latter-day saints temple. I got there around 4 pm. She introduced herself and maid sure if i needed anything she would help. I also spoke to her the morning I left. The front desk was also pleasant and efficient.

We stayed at the property on 10/6/23 and left a few objects in the room. I called the next day 10/07/23 after check out when we discovered them missing. It was later in the day. I was informed they took our number and that they found one object. I told them where the other object was and they told me the supervisor would be on staff on Monday 10-9-23 to call back then as it might be in her lock box. I called back and they did not find the object AND had rented the room out. Why would you rent the room knowing a guest left something in there and you haven’t recovered it yet. This COMPANY STOLE OR LET OUR OBJECT GET STOLEN WITH NO REGARDS!!! Don’t stay here don’t waste your money!! The bed was falling apart on one side the whole mattress was coming apart. You don’t get any amenities and when you ask they act like they don’t want to give you anything.

Bugs in the bathroom and faucet in the tube continuing to drip and back door keep pad doesn’t work. When asked about they said it is a hit or miss when it works.

The staff were nice however the property is lacking. It is in rough condition. There were stains on our pillows, gnats in our room, a spider on the wall, the doors don't close flesh with the door jams. All the walls in the building were scuffed, trim coming off, and dirty. Our remote was caked in some sticky substance in between the buttons. Overall I was so upset with this establishment.

First thing that met me when I walked into the bathroom was a roach. Room smelled musty. No lamps in the room, only overhead lights.

Interior of hotel needs painting. Cart marks and scuff marks line the hall ways and doors. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work and that’s why the “stainless steel” is rusting. Bathtub drain was slow. Water built up in tub while taking a shower.
