Excellent location in between bukit bintang and KLCC, 2 places are within walking distance. Hotel staff gave excellent and professional services.

Wry accommodating hotel; I notified the front I would be arriving after midnight and there was no issues. I was well take. Car of and the view is amazing. I will certainly plan on more time from this location in the future.

Great location in the heart of KLCC. We had a wonderful stay at the Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Petronas Twin Towers and has direct access to the Suria KLCC shopping mall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of choices. The indoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The Sky Bar was a fun spot to have a drink and watch the sunset. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. It is a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and hospitality.

Had a great few days in KL for new year. Conveniently place hotel for the city centre. Spotlessly clean and really friendly and helpful staff. The only thing lacking was any information in the room about facilities within the hotel, as we were room only this would have be useful. It wasn’t obvious where the bar/restaurant was etc. The concierge staff were very helpful though. Would recommend a stay here

As a group of 8 we booked 2 Suites with wonderful Twin tower view. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, we slept very well. Relaxed and quiet breakfast + evening coctails at Traders lounge was nice. Short Walking distance from big shopping centre. One thing we missed was an outdoor pool, we didn’t really enjoy the indoor pool.

I love the location of this hotel. Free buggy service to KLCC is a big plus especially when I have lots of shopping loot to lug back to the hotel room. Would appreciate if the hotel can upgrade the TVs in the rooms to bigger size and SMART ones too.

Stayed 2 nights following our Asia cruise. The best view of Petronas towers in KL. Great hotel wifh great access to KLCC mall and the convention center. Check in was delayed by an unknown problem with room we had been allocated but the substitution room was great. Would stay again

The hotel is adjacent to the KLCC Conv. Center, where I attended a conference. There is no need to walk outside; you can enter KLCC from the GF of this hotel. Overall, excellent room (large size with 2 Twin Beds), considerable variety of breakfast, great location, great service. They also help, at the Concierge Desk, in booking Grab Taxi - which are considerably cheap. I took a metered taxi from KLIA to the hotel - this cost RM150. The return trip to the airport, booked via Grab by the hotel, cost RM75.

My recent stay at Traders Hotel was far from satisfactory. Several issues marred my experience: -Check-In Information: I was surprised by the lack of essential information provided at check-in, such as the check-out time, leaving me unprepared. -Overwhelmed Front Desk: The front desk was overwhelmed, resulting in long wait times and a lack of personalized attention. -Room Condition: Dated rooms with issues like dirty bathroom floors, fingerprints on mirrors, and yellowed sheets affected comfort and cleanliness. -Noise Disruption: Thin walls and poor soundproofing made it hard to sleep peacefully. Conversations, loud music, and passing guests were all too audible. -Morning Lockout Incident: I was locked out of my room at 7 a.m., and it took nearly 20 minutes to resolve. The lack of a genuine apology was disappointing. Additionally, the manager insisted on fixing the issue when I needed to work, making the situation more uncomfortable. -Lack of Attention and Care: Staff seemed indifferent to guest needs, including mine, and the overall service lacked the expected attention and care. -Food and Restaurant Service: The food quality was below par with bland flavors. I had to initiate my order, and after finishing my meal, I sat for over an hour without anyone attending to my needs or providing the check. In summary, my stay at Traders Hotel did not meet my expectations. There's a clear need for improvements in amenities and service quality to align with genuine hospitality.

Overall great location. Service was good and place was very clean. Only feedback would be the pillows are super squishy and gotta fold it to make possible to sleep in. They just need to improve their pillows

What a fantastic stay! The location is top-notch, right next to the KLCC park and in direct contact with the KLCC Suria Mall and the Petronas Towers (you just have to navigate the corridors). There is a metro station about 5 minutes away on foot. Service was excellent. The room was huge as was the bed which was super comfortable with two different types of pillows. Two things could be improved : the TV selection was very limited (only one news channel: BBC World) and most importantly, full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion need to be implemented like in most hotels these days rather than these tiny bottles which generate so much plastic waste. The room being very large, it would have been nice to have a recycling bin as well.

It was a good location. The rubber material attached to the glass door for the bathtub/shower section kept on peeling off. I suspect it was too dry or too old. The sockets kept coming off so I couldn't plug my charters against the wall without holding onto it with my hands. Staff is excellent and quick.

The property is in a very convenient location. The rooms were average and we did not get the rooms that we booked online. Very disappointed with the TV in the rooms. Outdated and not much available on TV programs.

Location: it is very convenient to the iconic of KL, shopping malls, KLCC, tapak, etc. You can either grab or walk. Ambiance: the hotel lobby is spacious and beautifully design. Staff members: they are very friendly and there is always a smile from them. Room: love it. It is so spacious and the bed is so comforting. You will have a good night sleep. It is clean too! So much love for this hotel. Will be back again on my next trip! ❤️
