We stayed a Saturday night in a King Suite, colors and theme of the hotel are very nice, safe area, convenient to area attractions. The room is very large, but dated and cracks in the ceiling and walls. There were empty (not ours) beer cans in the closet on the shelf. We had to ask for sheets, blanket and a pillow for the sofa bed, and the only "pillow" was a couch pillow given to us. The pool was consistently full of unsupervised, loud guests that could be heard through walking in the front doors of the hotel at the desk and until we were in our room on the 2nd floor with the tv on, and the hot tub/spa was covered over. The "store" at the desk was empty, two vending machines were out of every drink my son tried to get, and the breakfast was mostly empty at 830am, barely any waffle mix, no hot food for over 30mins, and the area was very messy.

They have a nice indoor pool and the staff members are trying but this hotel is sinking fast. They can't seem to do anything. Broken elevator Broken locks. Broken ice machine. Cold eggs are what they serve for your continental breakfast. I would not stay there again. There are other hotels in Albany with indoor pools

Well first of all the only filter I used was hot tub and they showed pictures of hot tub and there is no hot tub. So big waste of time and money because the only reason we went there was for a hot tub very disappointing. There was no towels at the pool the ladder was very sharp and cut my sons finger. There is other Guest there that were very loud and destructive also inappropriately dressed not wearing correct bathing attire . One small Child was naked and was told by parent to pee in the pool directly near my kids. There were cameras no staff came in and did nothing did not even see a staff member for most of the time stayed. Also that pool was not correctly changed throughout the night for the next morning no chemicals no cleaning ☹️☹️☹️

It was clean and front desk was courteous BUT….the elevator was out of order, there was no blankets just 2 layers of sheets and no shampoo. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

The front staff was friendly and the hotel and room were clean. Unfortunately during the 3 days we stayed, the entire 2nd floor and a bit in our room stunk like cigarettes. The room is run down with cosmetic repairs which should be made. The bed and pillows were comfortable but warmer/thicker blankets would be nice. The breakfast was mediocre and so we went out for the 2nd morning. The temperature in the room was very hard to control - way too hot or too cold. And the HVAC constantly goes on and off without any ability to keep it on, which disrupts sleep for us. It was ok for the price.

Check in and out was easy. Good location, close to everything. Room was good and comfortable, maintenance could have been better. Bathroom sink cracked and shower curtain rod end brack covers not placed and secure. Indoor pool looks nice but you would think winter that it would be heated for use. Breakfast good. Can't add photos this system will not let me.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Quiet and very clean. It's also convenient to shopping and the major highways to get around. Great value too!

I chose this location because it had a pool, but the pool was not open. Breakfast options were not good. Many things seemed to be in disrepair compared to my last visit.

The room I was given heat did not work! My room was switched then I couldn’t get in with my key card…. My third time to the desk was just aggregating and now my account is being charged $165 instead of the original $119 when I booked online smh . I don’t understand why they charged my account more than I agreed to and then on top of it the inconvenience of no heat, and Channing rooms three times before I was finally able to relax. I just upset and want to be accommodated!! This is not my first stay with this hotel either!!

Worst check in experience ever! Took 17 minutes of waiting in the lobby while the clerk checked in the party before us. A lot of staring st the computer screen and tapping her. Not even an apology or excuse for the wait. Scary and poorly lit parking area. Advice- look elsewhere.

Hotel was very nice: clean and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. The outside of the hotel definitely needs some fixing up. If I didn't have reservations I would have never chosen it based on the outside.

The "double" beds were no size I have ever seen before, maybe 45" wide, which is too small for 2 people. The telephone in the room did not work, even to call the front desk. I heard several other guests complain about the same thing. The pool is an oversized bathtub, there is no swimming, one could get wet. The gym has some dumbbells, a weight machine that is broken and unusable. The place had one luggage carrier (someone else was using it). When we left through the rear entrance for dinner staff was sitting outside smoking pot. Same thing when we came back and then again this morning. I would never stay here again and I would warn perfect strangers away from this place. There are more issues, but that's the bottom line: don't stay here.

Loud music I called to complain they didn’t do anything 1:30am the music was finally turned off I asked for a wake up call for flight out no call. 1night was good. Questionable people hanging around lobby DO NOT STAY HERE

The stay was ok, not great just ok. Service was decent, polite. Our hotel room floors were sticky! Mopped but not actually properly cleaned. The beds and bathroom were clean. A bit pricey for an older outdated hotel.

This place is rough. My room was dirty. The furniture was stained. Door broken. Like had to put my shoulder into it to get it to open and close. Laundry facilities out of order. Pool out of order too. Can’t believe they can get away with charging $150 a night for a dump like this.

People outside the building making noise at 3 am. TV didn't work. Refrigerator didn't work, Bathtub didn't work as well. After asking for service, it took 4 hours before anyone came, that was after I reminded them a second time.

The breakfast was ridiculous. It atarted at 7 and we were there about 7:30 am. Most of the food was not out until many of us asked for items such as juice, creamer, hot water, syrup, yogurt. The griddle was not started. As the staff pulled these items out, they behaved as if they were being put out of their way.

The room and hotel were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Told breakfast started at 6 am. We were leaving early and breakfast wasn't ready until 7 am. However, staff person made sure we had some scrambled eggs. They weren't good but we appreciated his effort.

Absolutely dreadful. We are not fussy people. We checked in and left within the hour. Building is FULL of cigarette and weed smoke. Carpet was sopping wet. Horrible smells. The beds were oddly lumpy. No blankets. Bad bad bad smells. It hurt my lungs. Trash all over the grounds. Dunpsters completely overfilled. Garbage piled all around it. There was an undisclosed 50$ charged at check in. They said they refunded it but it doesnt show in my cc statement. Save yourself a truely awful experience and stay at the Tru by the airport. Thats where we went when we left. Its awesome here.

The frame desk stuff, we ask them our TV. Not working for 3 days, they keep saying somebody coming. They never send it until I check out. That was not nice.

Perfect location for the malls and shopping. I wanted to go to the new Primark and it was worth the trip. Will come here again!

My kids and I arrived at 10:30pm after a long drive. The front desk attendant said she was finishing a 15 hour shift. Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke and the TV was on when we opened the door. Maybe housekeeping had taken a break in the room? Called the front desk, she answered after 13 rings, said she had no other rooms available. Then we realized that there was no remote control for the TV in the room. Called front desk again, rang song and rang, no answer. Too tired to go back down to the front deadline so we had to unplug the TV to turn it off. Of course no way to change channels and actually watch something we liked on the TV. Soon had a headache and nausea from cigarette smoke in room. Sadly I had prepaid for the room so no way to leave that night, plus we were all exhausted from our journey and we’re leaving early in the AM. Not to mention holes in the shower curtain and in the bed spring cover. I have pics but no way to post. Room 343.

Amazing stay. The employees at the hotel were all super friendly and super helpful with any of my needs. Also, the room was amazing. Very spacious and clean. The pool was great too 10/10 stay

Booked two rooms, once we checked in and went to the connecting rooms one was filthy and the other room would not lock properly. Front desk stated housekeeping was not available and they could not fix the lock. Had to demand that we switch rooms as they were dirty and unsafe. After changing rooms one was sufficient and the others air conditioning was not working properly and had to change rooms again!
