The room was fine but the diverted valve for the shower was broken so we had no hot water in the shower.

Everything was great with some exceptions - There was very little water pressure in the shower, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable and the room smelled like body odor. We noticed the whole hotel had a little bit of a smell to it, so we didn't ask for a new room.

This hotel is not up to usual Hampton Inn standards. We would not stay here again. It is older and we have come to expect more from Hamptons.

Arrived at the hotel. They didn’t have our reservation even though I showed them the confirmation number. Had to pay for an additional night because if this.

Free breakfast was a little less than expected from prior experiences at other similar facilities. Otherwise, accommodations were good and the staff was very helpful

Excellent customer service! Small issue with the assigned room. We brought this to the representative and she immediately changed us out to another room. What we’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn.

I always try to stay at Hampton because they are clean and reasonably priced. This one cost a bit more but I trust Hampton. Not anymore. The pool was out of order, the fitness center was extremely small, the room was in desperate need of a remodel & was not very clean. The walls were paper thin and the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. I might as well have stayed at a Super 8. Very disappointed!!!!

Door to room had a huge gap at the bottom so we could hear EVERYTHING from the hall. Room had a weird stinch and toilet was dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable.

I booked this listing based on the fact it had an indoor pool, playground and mini golf however when we checked in we were told the pool is closed for maintenance and they don’t have mini golf or a playground. My two kids were very upset.

There was 5 or 6 hairs in our bathtub and 2 hairs in our sink. The man at the front desk was super RUDE!! We have stayed here numerous times and always had a good visit. This time was a poor experience. I’m not even sure if the bed was changed

There are some places that need new carpet, or paint. Other than that, our stay was as planned and we had no problems.

The chair has 2 very large stains on it and there are 2 black marks on the carpet in the entryway.

This has always been one of our favorite hotels and is our go to chain when traveling. But this particular one needs a lot of touch up and care. Furniture is getting old and outdated, had to change room because as unit, and rooms are just as nice as we once had and have become accustomed to with Hampton. Pool was down but too late to find out once you get there.

We always stay at this hotel when we travel out this way. It’s perfect for us and meets our needs. Love this place. Only problem is the air conditioner is pretty noisy

Unfortunately our room was not very clean. There were mail clippings on the floor, our toddlers feet was covered in hair and dirt from walking on the carpet and a piece shower faucet fell off when we turned it on. I’ve stayed at many Hamptons and I never leave reviews, but this one was definitely not a good experience.

This hotel was pretty close to the highway and was great for a place to crash for a one-night stop. The gentleman checking us in was very cordial and efficient. Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is what you would expect for a Hampton-egg dish, oatmeal, waffle, etc. Overall, we were looking for clean and comfortable and we got exactly that!

Amazing place and stay ! Very friendly . Highly recommend. Was only gonna stay one night because it’s a lil bit too expensive for us. But tried a different place but nowhere near as clean so ended up staying the second night there as well

Nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Checkin was fast and easy. Only issue was the shower faucet was broke. My husband got it turned on and off, thankfully.

I liked the room (a handicap one). Very accessible and on the first floor.
The breakfast seem to be getting skimpier; perhaps because of inflation which was not apparent on the price of the room.

Staff was super friendly but the beds in room 314 are terrible worst beds that my family had never slept on everything else was perfect

Check in was easy with friendly welcome. Room was clean, looked a tiny bit worn. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have adequate coffee and tea in room plus roomy refrigerator. Breakfast offered a wide selection of items including yogurt and fruit. Breakfast attendant was helpful and pleasant. Would stay again if on the area.
