Great facility and service. The only problem i found was the A/C never work properly and the room was a little bit warm.

Staff were amazing but Reason we stood at this resort was because of an area that was closed off. We were looking forward to the oasis pool that was closed for renovation. This was the only reason we stood there based on pictures. Highly upset that no where said this specific area was under renovation. Kind of ruined some of our trip because I feel it wasn’t what we expected.

The place was nice and peaceful. There were a few things that I wasn’t happy and it was accessible to charge my devices in the bedroom also the power went out in the night for about an hr. No breakfast accessible either at the time I checked out. But overall is nice place with great views.

Ricardo and in registration desk area the people were friendly the situation was the Villa no one tells us it has a lot of stairs to get in and out and in the Villa the beds are worst the room need to give maintenance to the closet door of the master room and in the kitchen the knife were not sharpen so they are very dangerous and we will need a cutting board and the salt and sugar souvenirs are old with humidity. The promotion was not satisfied, it did not meet our expectations.

It was a pleasant vacation. Things that bothered me: there was only one pool because of some kind of repair and they never mentioned this at check-in. The a/c in the villa's room was EXTREMELY cold and even when we set it at a higher
temperature it wouldn't change. You either had to turn it off for a while or just take the freezing cold and not sleep well. The beds are not comfortable. Other than that, it was a fun vacation.

Upon arrival we did get early check in that was the good.. Now to the bad.. The place needs updating.. It is Dated for such a nice neighborhood.. Both TVs ate dated and aren’t smart TVs so no option of streaming anything and no USB connections.. Then the remotes didn’t even work. No ice on property anywhere.. The Wi-Fi was hard to set up and once we got it connected was very slow and choppy.. Then I called the front desk for help got no answer after almost 10 minutes I hung up and had to get up and walk to front desk.. for such a big place the pool was very small.. My stay was very disappointing..

Safe, clean and comfortable! Wonderful! Highly recommend it! I would add, there is no salt n pepper, so add that to your grocery list.

there is no Lyft and it would be by a wing and prayer to get an Uber eventually. Highly recommend a car to travel off the resort or expect to pay $$$ to get around

Check in was super easy, the property was extra clean and the pool area was nice.

Really tough to check in. Have to carry luggage super far and up and down steps. Parking is far away. Internet code needs special instructions for apple devices. Crowded.

Excellent hotel, at least the villa where I stayed is very convenient. One bedroom, full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Two pools, beach. Very quiet. Unfortunately this site is not handicap friendly. Stairs everywhere and no ramps.

Upon arriving room smelled terrible. We were moved to a smaller room but at least it didn’t smell bad. I was bit by what I think were best bugs. I am saying he’d bugs because I was bit in my legs and upper thighs and I do not wear shorts only to sleep. The employees were nice and wrote down my concerns but I never heard from the manager.

Palmas Del Mar is beautiful; however, there are not many things to do at the premises. You can rent a golf car to move around, and in some places you can rent bikes. The beach is not pleasant to swim. I personally prefer the west side of the Island as it has more things to do.

After checking into Unit 969, I found a soaked master bedroom floor, along with mold on the ceiling stucco and last an unflushed toilet. The front desk apologized and I was put in another unit but in a less favorable location

The property is in dire need of a renovation. Furniture is run down if not already broken. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa that had broken wine glasses, chairs, closet doors, phones and tv. Reported multiple times only to be told at the end that nobody goes to service the room because of COVID. I understand wanting to keep your staff safe but this is beyond any other properties I have stayed at during the pandemic. Seems an excuse to justify cost cutting and laziness while keeping prices unjustifiably high. Avoid at all costs.
