The hotel is very nice. Comfortable, clean, very good service. The pool area could have more chairs and sunshade though. Also it's quite silly and annoying that they demanded me to wear a swim cap even though I'm bald.

It's deluxe room, stayed twice in 10 days, each three nights. The service of concierge is excellent, the staff is helpful and friendly. But, from the room can hear noises inside the hotel and some trucks or buses noises around 10pm from outside of the windows.

Very passive and slow response to customer requests. Your call to the front desk will mysteriously hang out If you are only asking a bed for a night, I gave it a 6

The staff were friendly. Having convenience store became handy for foods and drinks. Traveling with a child, having a race car playground within the hotel was a brilliant idea. However, I wish there was at least one kid channel available on TV. But overall it was a very nice hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, overall the staffs and the front desk were super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. There were two downside for the room that we stayed: 1) Sound proof was not very good, we could hear someone slammed the door through out the night, not sure were the bathroom door or what. We needed to change to another room for a good night sleep. 2) The bath tub was very tall, you need to climbed into the tub to shower, making it very dangerous.

I was satisfied overall. The reception staff was exceptionally kind to us. The room was clean, and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. Due to the building structure, the piano music on the first floor heard every morning when leaving the room was delightful. The first-floor restaurant was quiet and enjoyable. The elevator visible from the restaurant was also very beautiful.

Staff at entrance were excellent and provided attentive professional service when calling taxis, providing care when handling luggage and directions. Front desk staff and dining area staff also helpful and first class. The only retraction is the standard room. The design is a bit dated and the lighting is rather low.

We took Family Quadruple Room with Balcony that is nice for 2 adults & 2 childrens. Room & toilet are clean. Balcony can view part of Taipei 101 building.

great hotel. room is clean n spacious! location is at Taipei Arena n that means a distance away from the city ctr. but dont worry travelling around is easy. MRT station is 10mins walk away.

Central heating didn't work and the dehumidifier didn't last long so it was really uncomfortable and damp through a couple of cold nights. One day did not have replacement of floor mat and towels.

Service was great, and the hotel is near a mall and MRT stations. The room we had was comfortable enough, but can be cleaner. The vents were covered in dust and the areas under the beds were dusty as well.

Very large hotel with lots of amenities ---- great gym w much equipment, convenient meeting room available 24x7, the premium rooms are nicely decorated and large, dining is good, large lobby. The adjoining neighborhood has variety of restaurants --- asian and italian, german, american, coffee places. I'll stay here again as the value is good

Suit is spacious. The only thing I noticed not up to par was the coffee and tea bags in the room was past the expiration date. If the previous guest did not use then, they did not check.

Excellent hotel with full gym, lap pool, and sauna. Staff was professional and courteous. Complimentary bottles of water provided daily. Seafood buffet dinner for small fee was exceptional.

Liked the location of this property, very convenient to travel to many places by walking or public transport. E.g Lin Dong Fang beef noodles (walking distance), Zhong Xiao East Rd shopping district (walkable or by bus), Ximending (few stations away), Zhong Shan shopping district (few stations or bus). Generally a quiet district yet very convenient. Only cons is that you can barely call through the concierge and the bed were a little too stiff. Also, check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. You can still try to request for late check out though. Overall still a pleasant stay.
