The sheets and pillow cases were dirty and even found some woman’s hair on the pillow cases. They had about 20-30 teenagers at the pool and in the lobby and in the halls and in the parking lot gathered up and It wasn’t safe to stay here even though I did.

The room I booked per the description and picture had a full size sofa bed and seating area. The room I was given at checkin was much smaller and did not have a sofa sleeper at all.

Great place. Very clean, very friendly. If you are sensitive to noise, make sure you ask for a room opposite the highway. It was very noisy. Breakfast was great.

My daughter and I stayed two nights in Ruston for a college tour. Great service, delicous breakfast, wonderful accomodations. Will definitely stay again!

music playing on outside speakers during the daytime was loud and annoying,making it difficult to sleep because i was there working a night and trying to sleep during the day

If your room is on the I-20 side, expect a lot of noise from cars & trucks.

The breakfast is okay, but eggs taste fake.
The turning point going to the hotel can be somewhat confusing, make sure you're not turning on I-20 or it will cause you 20 minutes to get back.

It was actually an amazing stay. The first room we were issued smelled like smoke and I was quickly moved to a better room. If you're looking for a hotel with great customers and top flight amenities this is your stop.

All is right except to go to parking, it is easy to lost the entrance and again go to hwy 20.

Noisy rooms on interstate-20 side. Curtains were shredded on arrival, so question what else I missed in cleanliness and preparation. Desk staff were friendly and apologetic.

My tub drain in 220 was loose and broken and I couldn’t get NBC, but that’s not y’alls fault. My main thing I liked was not many people there and it was quiet.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We greatly appreciated her, very sorry we didn't catch her name. Please give the lady on Friday night shift (10/13/23) kudos and appreciation.

The stay wad very nice and pleasant. The hotel staff was AMAZING.

Found hotel to be clean and comfortable. We did find tv not working and a/c not working correctly. When we called front desk we were told they would come when they could but only had one person on duty. Needless to say they never came to room. Disappointing to say the least. Will find other place to stay if I return to that area

The hotel exceeded our expectations - reasonably priced, wonderful breakfast, easy access, able to view our car from our room - and we will be repeat guests!

The room was comfortable as always. The staff were welcoming and very professional in their dealings with us. We particularly enjoyed the hot breakfast and the delicious coffee.

They allow dogs but would not say dog friendly. Was disappointed I could not participate in complimentary cocktail, Mon-Wed certain hours, as I was alone and did not want to leave pet alone. Same for breakfast. It was his first motel stay and he was a little fearful of the new environment.
It had wall thermostat controlled ac so came off and on. I meant to bring a fan as I am used to the continuous blowing and noise.
