Our only problem was the room keys. Twice I had to go back to the desk to get them deprogramed.

The room was small but adequate. The bed was either a little worn out or not a very expensive one. It felt a little like a hammock. Not a comfortable sleep.

Good safe basic hotel room. Bed was clean and comfortable. Towels were nice and fluffy. Floors need an upgrade - bathroom tile had cracks and broken out grout. Carpets need to be replaced and it seems a better solution for the tv cables could be found rather than having it just crammed on top of the tv. Looks like they are starting renovations so hopefully a refresh is coming soon. The hotel is quiet and a good basic place to rest your head.

Parking was ok for my F350, rooms were ok for one night , no fridge or microwave. Showers ok. Breakfast was good. A little noise from construction workers. I guess it is to be expected for March. Not too far from the main hiway. Not much noise from traffic.I would stay there again.

Loved their pillows and the comfortable bed. Quiet hotel and good staff. They are in the process of refurbishing the hotel and doing a great job of not interfering with the flow of the hotel.

No frills. Clearly it’s for economy business travelers who just want a place to sleep Tiny, claustrophobic room Miniature TV. I should have read the fine print and realized it had no fridge or microwave. Breakfast Emma’s good.

Rooms are super small the place is under construction and showerhead falling down, the walls are in bad need of paint. It has not been maintained they are renovating but dust is everywhere and you track it in your car.

The only negative thing is that the pillows are too fat! We both got neck aches. You need to provide a fat & then normal thickness pillow for each side.
The staff was VERY helpful and friendly. It was clean and decorated very nicely for the holidays. Breakfast items were readily available. Great little place to stay for a few days.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel since July 2023 and each time the breakfast options have improved. Even the setup has improved. Staff are always friendly and accommodating.

All the employees at front desk were very nice and helpful. They went about and beyond to make sure we were getting everything we needed. I just wanted to say thank to everyone who was there to help us

Phone number online needs to be updated to correct number. Tried to call several times to inform of late check in (after midnight) but line was disconnected. The overnight employee saw my message and called me. This simple act gave me such relief! She was incredible and accommodating! She knew I was exhausted from the 6 hour drive and had kids in the car, so she made the check in quick. The beds were exactly what we needed. The only complaint is there weren't towels in the bathroom. We tracked down a cleaning cart and, again, the employee exceeded generosity. He gave us plenty of towels for our stay. I enjoyed our stay so much that registered for the rewards program.

We enjoyed our stay because the facility is well-maintained, clean, affordable, and the staff is cheerful and helpful.. We were a little late for breakfast but the attendant let us finish up before she put things away. We stayed here about four years ago when it was pretty new and we found that everything has been well maintained to almost new condition.

I WOULD recommend this place! The staff, the breakfast and check in and checkout process was flawless. I’d recommend it if you have kids or a wife. Room was smaller than other places I’ve stayed, but still very comfortable! The room was clean, the sheets were clean, floor was clean. Everything about this place was clean. If my wife and I ever need a place to sleep while passing through Bentonville, they will be the first place we stop.
Side note. One of the employees happily cleaned up an accident that a little boy made with his drink. Said employee kept reassuring the mom it was fine and accidents happen. The character and integrity of the staff was refreshing to say the least.

A/C in our room barely worked.. had to open window to stay cool in the middle of the night. Bed was hard. Over priced at $150 for the night.

Room was just ok. Phone didn't work. AC unit was falling apart. TV was not connected and had a surge protector that had a bunch of plugs that looked like a fire hazard right out of Christmas vacation movie

The place was just not up to date, the fridge has rust all on the outside, very unsightly and the bathroom was just grimy. I bought a broom and cleaning supplies to try and spruce it up. It just had an old dirty feel to it, I would not recommend

Room was clean and fully acceptable. Public spaces were somewhat threadbare, and the breakfast was both meager even more so. At 7:15 AM they were out of the biscuits for their only hot serving (biscuits and gravy) with a 30 minute wait for fresh ones.

The staff was supportive, polite and cheerful. They repsonded quickly. The property was clean, our room was clean, the queen room was very small. We had our bikes with us for our trip to Bentonville and there was no place to lock them up outside so we brought them up to our room. The space in the room was so tight we barely could fit the bike next to the bed and have room to walk. It did work. We booked this hotel because it was inexpensive. We slept there and that is about it. For a place to sleep it was adequate and inexpensive. Noisy outside. The entrance to the hotel pulls right into the Starbucks parking lot exit, so a few times we pulled in right as someone was pulling out of the drive through making it a bit dicey.

The room was adequate. The room key card reader on the door was not working properly. The breakfast was terrible.
