Super friendly staff—amazing family.
A little dated, but very clean and comfortable.

Do not listen to the reviews, as I am sure they are planted. The outside stairs and building had peeling paint. The main office was dirty with filthy windows. We didn’t want to stay but the owner gave us an “upgrade”. It was a room with double beds. It was clean but furnishings were old and the room was dingy. It did have a new wall tv. Don’t expect to wash your hair because the water pressure was nonexistent. If you just need a place to crash and don’t mind dinginess, then this is the place for you.

Clean and comfy. Office staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent

The hosts are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are pleasant and have a nostalgic vibe to them. Bed was very comfortable and everything was quiet. Very nice breakfast in the morning - coffee was excellent, and there was fresh organic fruit. Great value for the cost, and convenient to the college. Will stay there again.

Great location, solid room with a good tv and comfortable space. Nothing fancy but who needs fancy when you have the beauty of the berkshires awaiting outside your door.

Walking distance to restaurants.
Refrigerator didn't work but they replaced it next day.

Worked out perfectly

The motel room was big and the beds comfortable. The owner was very nice. It had snowed on the second day we were there and we were on the top floor. The stairs were not shoveled and were slippery. I have 2 hip replacements and a new knee replacement and I was very concerned that I could slip. The handrails were snowy as well.
Other than that, it was fine with a good location.

Paul was so friendly and helpful and gave me wine for my bday ! Upgraded my room.
We enjoyed the breakfast and clean comfort.
Only concern is my dog smelled and I heard something in the wall. I d k if it was just another neighbor with a pet or if it was rodents or something. The heater looked old but my dog kept scratching at it lol.
We loved our stay and appreciate the pet friendly place and your kindness

I thought the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming. He provided a couple of waters and made a point that if there was anything that was needed to reach out, he would take care of things.
When I booked the motel and read reviews, everyone commented on the breakfast that was provided. Although there was no hot items there was a variety of healthy choices. There was a lot of fresh fruit, yogurt, berries and oatmeal. They also had bagels and breads from Panera which was fresh.
For an older motel, it was in very good shape. If in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay there again

Paul and Bupi were the people who checked us in/out, served breakfast and helped clean rooms. Positive attitudes, extremely friendly and the best breakfast you can find within a 30 mile radius. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone traveling to the Williamstown area!

Extremely well-kept up, clean, super convenient, location, and genuinely friendly reception. I was quite surprised to have such fresh delicious fruit available for breakfast friendly host even introduced me to a fruit I have never tried. This is a small older motel so well kept it was a lovely experience.

Really generous breakfast.

Staff very polite. Breakfast provided, but in cramped front desk area, no hot choices, but good fruit selection. Coffee was not good. Rooms looked like not updated since 1960’s. Shower plumbing was bad. You could scald yourself if not careful, very low water pressure. Room smelled like fabreze was used to cover up smells. If the price was like under $100.00 a night, I would give more slack, but not for almost $140.00 a night. Not a good value.

Motel needs updating. Decor was old and mismatched. Shower knob was loose and it was difficult to adjust temperature, and faucet needed work. Staff was very friendly, breakfast bar was very nice and fruit assortment was fabulous. I will not stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this marvelous motel that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the motel, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-fitted, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring.
Importantly , let me tell you about the owner, who left an indelible impression on me. The owner's generosity and kindness were unparalleled. They went out of their way to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. Whether it was offering valuable local insights or personally attending to any needs, the owner's presence truly made a difference.
THE BREAKFAST – it was simply outstanding! I was blown away by the variety and quality of the offerings. From freshly baked breads to a wide selection of fruits, cereals, and hot dishes, there was something for everyone. The attention to detail and the use of high-quality ingredients truly set this motel apart.
Overall, my experience at this place was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful accommodation experience.

Check in with Paul was great-very enthusiastic and provided lots of info about locale, the motel and nearby dining options. Staff also checked with us later to make certain rooms were satisfactory.
Rooms were clean, had coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge-all working. LG tv was running spectrum cable with plenty of viewable channels. WiFi works great.
Looking forward to the included breakfast-

This might not be the fanciest most modern hotel you can stay at in Williamstown but they have the nicest staff who make you feel very welcome. They offer a lovely breakfast and the almond milk for my coffee was a pleasant treat. Room was very clean and location to the college is great.
We plan to stay here again!
