Would definitely stay again, beds were very comfortable! Room was super clean. They definitely need to do some updating on some things, but if I’m ever in the area again I would gladly stay again!

Very nice property and well kept. Staff was great. Rooms clean and well maintained. We needed a late check out which they gave us what they could but explained they had a bus coming in and we were in 4 rooms so I totally understood how it would have been hard to acommodate us. They were very nice about it. Would def stay here again.

We prefer staying pet free but chose this location. (We don't like staying in a dog house.) That said, I only saw one animal about to come into the breakfast area when it was stopped by staff. At a time when kennels charge $100/nt, you could be charging the same. Why not have "no pet" dedicated room zones within your facility. We liked: continuous "on" cycle for fan blower; great beds, linens; responsive staff; refrigerator/microwave and beautiful location/surroundings.

It was an adequate one night stay. We had a domestic violence situation next door we called the front desk and nothing was done ...it kept happening. Woke our family out of da dead sleep.

First the good. Most of the emploees were kind and helpful. The room was clean and it is a dog friendly hotel. The bad: bagels in breakfast area seemed old and dried up. The room was not serviced for three days and they would give no discount for that. So if you like to vaccuum your room, go to desk for towels ect then no problem. The location is good. They said holidays was reason no help to clean room. That excuse should be for Christmas day and maybe day after. The truth is there is some underlying issues on why the rooms are not being cleaned daily.

We love this place. I think this was like our 4 or 5 stay. It’s quiet. Staff is super nice. The rooms are huge. Super dog friendly. Far enough from Asheville but also close enough. Chimney rock right around the corner. We’ll definitely be back for a 6 and 7 visit.

We were traveling from Ohio to Florida, stopped for the night Felt like I was at home, quiet setting, right off the interstate. Very comfortable room. Dog friendly, nice dog area Very friendly staff, beautiful building, inside and out

Stayed overnight for a girl's weekend. Very clean room and friendly desk staff. The hot breakfast was a nice bonus (great hot tea selection!). My friend loved the Christmas decor.

The front desk said they were having computer problem and " might get it fixed in 30 minutes, but had already had problem for over 30 minutes. I offered to leave my credit card,so we could check in by hand, but they said they coudn't do that. Front desk did not have a clue what to do. If it had not been prepaid, we would have found another hotel. We waited around and finally checked in 45 minutes later.

Excellent staff that could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The motel appears to be relatively new and well maintained. We had a VRBO reserved for four families to celebrate Thanksgiving and when we arrived it was already occupied. The Mountain Inn staff went out of their way to provide rooms for everyone.

Very nice property have stayed here 3 times. The rooms are great, bed was very comfortable. Wish they had more to offer for breakfast. Other than that we will be staying again soon.

We came down to visit The Biltmore Estates and found this lovely place to spend our weekend getaway. The staff is warm and friendly; the room was very clean and fresh; the location to Asheville was perfect! And the price was definitely worth it. I would do it again!

The overall look of the place was pleasing as we arrived. The staff was friendly. The room was well laid out and clean. There were plenty of towels. The bed was comfy. I would have just liked bigger pillows. We will stay here again.

Needs some tlc & updating. Hotel room smelled like smoke. Old school ac unit. It was very quiet & breakfast was fine (not a warm breakfast with eggs and bacon etc, just waffles, pastries, cereal). WAY overpriced for the condition. Reminded me of a super 8 motel

This was a wonderful property. Our 1st time staying in Hendersonville and we loved it. Very charming town. The hotel was excellent. Rooms were nice, quiet and beds were excellent. They had a nice breakfast setup and everyone was very friendly. We definitely will stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby adorable with board games at tables like checkers, chess, backgammon. They had information avaliable about local restaurants, menus and recommendations. Their breakfast options were light; no fuit other than bananas, no eggs other than hard boiled. Also light on amenities; no pool or gym. I would go back and would recommend.
