Everything was excellent. The service was a little bit sucky at breakfast for the first couple of days but then improved. Food is great rooms are good. Only negative was mosquitoes and flies and the coffee shop and better service at breakfast.

Amazing hotel with such lovely and helpful staff. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had in India. The chefs were incredible for catering for gluten free food even making my son gluten free pancakes. Really good swimming pool too

Hotel room was small. Shower was inside bath and difficult to access. The water didn’t drain properly from the shower and leaked from shower screen.

Wonderful 2 day stay at this hotel. The front desk staff go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. The restaurant staff were easily able to accommodate members of my family who have dietary restrictions. Very pleasant experience.

The stay was amazing, we were upgraded to club room. The view was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Divesh in the club lounge was incredible.

Staff - The hotel had an amazing staff with proactive awareness towards their guests. Our drivers for airport pick-up/drop-off were very courteous in greeting us and getting us safely to/from the airport. Upon arriving the security, Luggage helpers, reception staff, concierge were very polite and welcoming. They made it their mission to get to know us and help make our stay pleasant. This was a rare sight for us, the proactiveness from them and going the extra mile was on top of this. Room - Our room was spotless & well prepared, thanks for Akshay & Judy’s team who put in extra effort in getting to know us & our travel plans to prepare our room accordingly during our stay, balancing frequently check-ins over disturbing. We always had more amenities and bottled water than we needed and we are grateful for their attentive service! Dining - This is the crown jewel for Trident @ BKC! Excellent dining options and service! O22 is a place where you can feast like kings and queens! Portion controlled food which doesn’t compromise on taste, quality or service. Would highly recommend dining here even if you aren’t staying at Trident. Staff here follows the same mission to make sure their guests have everything they need. Overall Experience - We felt a sense of hospitality like never before, Everyone at the hotel from the staff to the branch manager made it their mission to make sure we had an amazing and comfortable stay. They deserve a 6 out of 5 for going above and beyond.

Was attending a conference at Jio convention centre; walkable distance. High end restaurants in this area. The mall attached to Jio has high end brands. Approximately 30 minutes from airport. Friendly staff. Had lunch once at the buffet and was excellent. Housekeeping is excellent.

This place won my heart again and again for many small things. May it be the small happy welcoming things they do, but pro actively being there for many help that i needed during the stay like complimentary dropping to near by stores, needed salt water for gargle as my friend was not feeling well, urgent printout needed for appointments, seeing me carrying bags and having sent bell boy to carry the bags instantly. Just many more things like that. Ive been to many great hotels in US, Dubai and India. This is my favorite for how relaxing they make me feel.

Honestly, I didn't want to leave! My hotel in Delhi (which would have been considered a luxury hotel before I'd stayed at the Trident) makes my 5-night Trident experience seem even more special. I think the staff are what makes the Trident stand out, as they are without fail, professional, friendly and helpful. They literally couldn't do enough for their guests. The rooms are stunning, the food is absolutely exquisite, and although the hotel was at maximum capacity during my stay, I was genuinely treated like a 'special' guest. I've stayed at the Plaza and the Waldorf Astoria in NYC and the Hotel de Paris (in Paris, of course!) but if I could give the TBK ten stars, I would! It's all about the people...

We had one of the most horrible experiences with food at the hotel. The tikka kebab was chewy and pinkish . didnt seem to be from the tandoor. The inroom dining that we ordered for mixed noodles was the worst of all. We had requested for pork, and some chunky sausages were simply mixed and sent. That was tasteless, chewy and rendered a horrible taste. it messed up our stomach. Quite astonishing to note that the basic culinary norms are not adhered to. This is not expected from a well kwon hotel franchise like Trident.
