This property is absolutely stunning. It’s a new modern building that has nice amenities and an awesome rooftop lounge, that has a DJ on the weekendsat has that plays there . Our roomhad was very spacious, super clean and comfortably fits 4 guests. The room itself had a very nice mountainside view and the bathroom was super cute and pretty big with running hot water (lol). The location is very convenient, it’s located across the street from Queen’s Hall and down the street from the Savannah and the Hilton. Nearby places to eat were not more than 5-10 min drive. We only ate breakfast and had some appetizers by the pool from the hotel restaurant and the food was really delicious.
The staff at the hotel were nothing less than amazing. We interacted with many of them including Nathaniel (concierge), Nekeisha & Deisha (Poolside Bar), our housekeeper on the 11th floor, they were all so nice, friendly, and made our stay really enjoyable. There were 2 staff members that we felt went above and beyond: Bridgete (Concierge) and Nathaniel (Porter/bellhop). They were super friendly, very accommodating, and had impeccable customer service skills, checking in on us to see how our stay was going.
Our hotel stay at the Brix was wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I would give it a 10/10 stellar hotel & great staff. We will definitely be back when we come back to Trinidad.

The Property is Immaculate....a short walk to the Savaanah....the staff is Incredible...Happy...Smiles...Accommodating....All Around Magnificent Hotel experience. Shout out to Joshua....took us around the island on his days off...and an amazing tour guide.

Staff was friendly. The room was ok not excellent. There should be a microwave in my room based on the price paid. Breakfast was ok but limited variety to choose from. The experience was fair.

Jenelle Jemmot the Floor Supervisor is extremely kind, professional and very warm.
Her demeanour and disposition definitely made the stay that much better.
Staff for transportation of bags to room also very respectable and friendly.
Food was great! The Exchange restaurant is nice. One suggestion, the food is too good to be so limited. Expanding the menu is definitely a good idea!! It really was a wonderful stay. The rooms are fantastic, the showers, bathroom and room are extremely clean, very spacious and very modern day amenities. We even had our own Keurig which was refreshing as we also enjoy the same at home. It was nice to be at home away from home! Wonderful experience, Would recommend 10/10

The check in process was simple. The lobby area had a delightful smell, the rooms were clean and sleep quality was 5 out of 5. The staff members are polite, patient and well trained. Had a very pleasant experience at the restaurant. I definitely return for another stay.

I loved this property it’s clean , safe, very spacious. Restaurant food is delicious, I celebrated my bday there and dinner was amazing the roof top bar was also amazing. Great view of the entire city.only one thing I didn’t like was the towels it was very harsh on my skin so wash with a little fabric softener and it will fix the problem. Overall 10/10

I had an enjoyable experience at the Brix.
The staff were all very friendly and attentive and worked very hard to sell the various amenities at the property. Dinner was also very tasty. I have no complaints!

My wife and I spent our anniversary at this facility. We were provided with a complimentary room upgrade. We were quite impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the luxurious and modern look of our room, the picturesque mountain view from our room and the rooftop experience in the night. Will definitely recommend this hotel. If we were to provide any suggestion for improvement would be with the breakfast . Although we were told outside that we could order an omelet, we desisted because of the limited no. of servers available and the length of time it took before being asked and eventually served our beverages. Perhaps the provision of a tea station where persons were allowed to prepare their own coffee etc. and a facility where you can order your omelet while you help yourselves to the other items on the buffet may serve to not distract you from enjoying what is otherwise a delicious breakfast.

Friendly staff at check in and in the main restaurant. Beautiful, clean room and child friendly pool area. The hotel on the whole is very nice, modern, smallish in a good way. If you’re driving there are many places nearby to visit and to eat at though the restaurant here has lovely food albeit expensive (would recommend the steak). There are inconsistencies with service here, in particular at the cafe on the ground floor, which I really felt and found unfair. It was clear that certain staff thought I was Trinidadian and I received a different type of treatment to those who more obviously looked like tourists.
