Hotel was nice, but our room was horrible. When we first got to our room it had a horrible musk or mildew odor. There was also an air purifier in the room, that was supposed to be removed prior to us checking in, and the window was also opened. I called the front desk and asked if there was another room available, but it was Memorial Day weekend and everything was full. Later while taking a shower we discovered that the water pressure was very low and that the hot water barely came out from the shower head. Horrible!!! There were no trash bags in the garbage cans either. We had to call down to get a remote for the TV as well. The front office staff was very friendly and apologized. They offered us a different room, that was also having AC issues, but unfortunately the room only had 1 bed and we needed two. We were compensated for 1 night, but we stayed two nights. Breakfast was decent but overall our stay was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend and I will not be staying again.

Housekeeping opened our locked door to offer towels at 9 am Saturday morning. They woke us up.
Staff spoke/yelled loudly outside in the hallway from 9-10 am Saturday morning despite my asking them to quiet down.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. We found everything to be very nice to include the front desk, the room convert and the breakfast service. We would certainly stay at this property again.

We had to switch rooms 3 times in less then 24 hours because of HVAC issues. The second room they knew had issues because they offered the fan from the desk services office. I’m not convinced the third rooms a/c worked either but it was no longer worth complaining. We requested an extra towel at 9am and at 10:30am we still didn’t have it and when asked about it they said it was on the way. The hotel definitely didn’t take an 1.5 hours to walk. When we checked out the front desk representative stated they would give me a call to work out what could be done to make up for the issues we had during our stay, let’s see if their customer service works better then their HVAC system does.

I liked the property overall. The rooms were roomy but felt empty. I think that making the rooms cozier would help the hotel standout more.

It was a nice stay but our trash wasnt picked up out our room. They were small pieces of food in the hallway in the carpet and it was there the entire weekend. House keepers barely speak. Told the first desk about the trash and they asked if i had placed it outside my room?? Since when we starting doinf that, especially at the Marriott?

My thermostat in the room screen was completely broken so you could not see anything on it. The room was cold when I checked in so I pushed the heat up button 20 plus times to heat the room up and got in the bed and went to sleep. Only to wake up to a freezing cold room.

The front desk staff were very polite and kind. My room was not ready at the 4 pm check in time because the management had allowed several late check outs that day. When I arrived to check in, several guests were waiting to check into the same room type. The front desk agent said she would call me when my room was ready. The room was ready around 90 minutes later and she did call to let me know.
The room was clean but we could smell cigarette smoke through the entire night/morning.

Ive stayed at this particular Springhill numerous times, and my experiences were great. Its been a little while since Ive stayed here. I have to say that I was disappointed how it has gone downhill. The sink in the bathroom and the tub were backed up. If you opened the water even a little bit in the sink you couldn't rinse your hands because the sink was full of water. We couldn't take a shower because it was like taking a bath because the water backed up so bad.The good thing was it was just an overnight stay, and to top it off my son and I was stuck on the elevator for a few minutes. Needless to say this was probably my last time staying at this Springhill...

I was staying at the hotel for a weekend of relaxation, but unfortunately there were children running up and down the stairways all day and night. The elevator was broken so had to take the stairs to my room on the 3rd floor, and the bed was so uncomfortable. So I cut my stay short

Air conditioning and fan didn't work, and most importantly both elevators were broken. I’m old and recently had knee surgery, this was not easy as we were there 3 days. Still broken when we left.

Check in was nice and great customer service. The room was ok but I did encounter a couple of issues.
1. Carpet soaked/wet in front of tv. Shared this info with from desk.
1. Checked in at 4 but room was cold. Didn’t warm up until 4+hrs later
3. Wi-Fi disconnected around 11pm
4. Sofa was dirty and cleaning rags was left I. The room

Motel was fine and staff was nice. Stayed 2 days; received no room service at all. Asst Gen Mgr agreed to refund us one day for the problem.

The staff and amenities were nice. Well kept property. Only issue they had was only one elevator was working.

The first room we were put in didn’t have a working shower. So we had to move everything again which was difficult given our accessibility issues. The second room had a working shower but the shower head had leaks spraying water everywhere. The second room was also not totally clean.

Excellent front desk service but the breakfast was terrible. Convenient area close to shopping and highway. Rooms were clean but tub could use some updating. I would stay there again.

Stayed at SpringHill Suites while in town for Thanksgiving. Everyone was very friendly, and having different options for breakfast every day was a great surprise. Our room was very big and had everything we needed. Small downside is that it wasn't very sound proof, but we had a noise machine and that turned out fine.

It was unfortunate that there wasn't enough staff available to accommodate the amount of guests staying during the Thanksgiving holiday; however, they were all very nice, patient and hospitable with everyone. I was not aware that pets were allowed at the facility and I'm allergic to the cute pets that were there. Would have been nice to have extra wash clothes and towels automatically available, especially since the cleaning staff's services were going to be limited on Thanksgiving.

Check-in was super easy and staff was awesome. Room was super clean and request for extra bedding was fulfilled quickly. Overall, an excellent stay!

The staff is EXTREMELY friendly however there is definitely room for improvement. The shower curtains and ice buckets had mold. When we asked for another ice bucket the receptionist stated that they didn't have any. The towels didn't smell fresh and honestly smelled like urine, so we just used our own. The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable because they have that "swamp" affect....there is NO firmness to the beds at AT ALL. The pool area is nice and the breakfast is nice too. However, on our last day at breakfast a roach crawled right across the table and we got up and just left. It isn't an unfriendly environment but it just wasn't worth the money that we spent.

We checked into our room at 5pm and informed them immediately the ac wasnt working. They assured us that it would be fixed while we went to dinner. When we returned the ac was still broken. She sent maintence to the wrong room and again told me the issue would be resolved. An hour later no one had assisted, so again i went to the front desk because our phone in our room was broken as well. At this point we had sleeping children in our room and she offered us to move to another room or give us fans. Because our children were already sleeping i choose fans. I had to go to the front desk 3 more times over the course of the next hour in order to finally get one fan sent to our room. It was 10 oclock before we received the fan and the ac was never resolved.
