Great place to stay in Klamath Falls. Clean, quiet, very nice breakfast, and front desk crew are terrific. My only complaint was that our room was forgotten for refreshing one day.

Great location, yummy breakfast, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. The only issue was the cleanliness of the pool: there were several clumps of hair in the pool as well as in the hot tub.

Rooms and interior have been updated nicely. Only complaint is the color of the LED lights, which are too cool and should be replaced with warmer color bulbs. The TV feed cuts out periodically, but I suspect it is not a hotel problem. Staff were very courteous and helpful during check-in.

We had a mix up with the reservation, totally my fault but the person checking us in was very short and rather condescending about it. Not very helpful at all. We got it worked out but she showed very little patience for my mistake.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We had planned to sit in the hot tub but decided to pass since it looked really dirty. The pool wasn’t much better.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It was clean and comfy. And the gal serving breakfast was so friendly. Helped with a spill one of my children made with such a great attitude. Definitely would stay again if we came back through.

It was a nice place to stay. The tub could have been cleaner. The area isn't the best. There is an abandoned Sizzle right next door with homeless people camped in the shade. It seems the area has an issue with that. Breakfast was very good, but they ran out of apparently everyone's favorite biscuits and gravy. Nice staff.

There was 4 of us in this room 2 adults and 2 children, room was clean, it was a large, 2 queen bed, sofa, fridge, table. It was very spacious for all of us.

hotel was packed over the weekend we stayed, looked like some Jr Rangers or camping event was going on, but even with all those kids the room was quiet. Breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, bacon, hotcakes and various other items available for the morning.

Hotel was extremely clean. Free breakfast was nice. Black Bear Diner is close by for a good meal. Great stopping point on the way to Crater Lake.

Loved the staff and room was great! Breakfast was also great. Pool needs renovated as well as the hot tub. There was nasty stuff floating in the hot tub so we didnt stay in long once we noticed stuff in the bubbles. Romance package also very sweet!

Our type of room booked through Expedia wasn't available, but the hotel staff managed to give us an extra rollaway bed to accommodate us. Their behavior was super nice.
