We have stayed at this property many times & this was the worst stay. The room we were given was dirty. You could feel sand in the sheets & the sheets were also stained. The carpet near the bathroom was wet. The room did not have a closet nor a telephone. I felt we were given the storage room stay in. Not worth the money I paid.

Friendly staff, livery close to airport, though I’ve yet to experience “complimentary breakfast since it starts at 0600. Maybe have at least mugging and juice starting earlier. Many of us leave for airport by 0400.

This hotel is always our go-to property when we are in Guadalajara and need to be near the airport. It is very secure, very quiet and we never have any problems.

Very convenient and close to airport. Shuttle provided on time. Good breakfast. Very clean and confortable rooms. Staff is friendly.

Location was great walking distance to 2 restaurant the gym. Weight room was very nice. The pool was very nice. The only thing is I did not feel safe. Because when we went to go eat, our dinner. Came back and found somebody had came in and stole personal item of mine.

The property was very nice and very clean. The cleaning staff was very cordial and so was the other employees. Only thing was that they we're not honest about transportation to and from the airport. Even in real time when we needed them to come get us.

This place is a dump, the property is old and you can definitely see the wear and deterioration of the property. The walls were dirty, a hole in the wall, shower curtain had stains and holes, this place is horrible and I really question the 8.6 star review it has. Fake reviews. The airport shittle van is shared with the holiday express hotel and there is limited to no availability. They have taxi cabs waiting at the hotel entrance which makes me believe the hotel benefits from giving taxi business. Bottomline this place is disgusting and old and the services offered are deciving and poor at best.

This is my go to hotel in Guadalajara near the airport. There were a few minor things that I did not like this time such as a missing lock in the restroom and no bags in trash bins.

As any chain of hotels like this, service and quality are asured, we just had an issue with the water, there wasn't enough presure to take a bath

We had early flight home so the location of the hotel is perfect. Fast check in and friendly people. We will continue to stay here when flying out of Guadalajara.
