Odd that there was no safe in the room. Also, the way my room was furnished, one couldn't see the entire TV from sitting in bed.

Confortable bed

This is a great place to stay. Amazing service at the bar. Bartender mixed the best drinks. The guy working at the coffee shop in the morning is extremely rude. I didn't let him ruin my stay but he sure tryed.

I like its convenience and the fact I get the same room every year for 3 years.

This is my go-to hotel when visiting my daughter at UNT. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The only improvement needed is the cafe service. It’s very slow and a few of the breakfast food items seem to have gone down in quality recently- namely, the potatoes and sausages are clearly frozen. It took 30 minutes to get my breakfast order. They seemed very short-staffed too.

I would certainly stay again 👍

Our stay in there was a very good experience we like the friendly of the employees and also us a very good place to rest the cleanest of the room was very good l recommend this Courtyard Marriott for a place to stay for a fill days thanks.

I do not recommend this hotel especially if you are expecting it to be of Marriott standards. It’s not.

we were there for a wedding and everything about the hotel was perfect!

The room has no indoor pot washer as I visited with baby and there is no space where i can wash my baby feeders also when I ask management for kitchen where I can wash her feeders the management said wash in your washroom. Wth they told me to wash feeders in restroom.

I would have given them the highest marking if it was not for the overnight person at the desk. What an incompetent person and rude. He is bringing your excellent hotel down.

Staff - Excellent customer service

It was a great experience. Clean and quiet .

Front desk staff was very welcoming! Rooms were spacious and very clean. Close to restaurants. My only suggestion is that when the cafe guys gets busy, maybe have a back up to help him.

Strong wifi is as important as hot water, sheets on the bed, and a working commode. My room did not have that. I know the trouble was not with my computer because the wifi worked fine in the hotel lobby.

Great stay

The manager, Pedro, was extremely rude and condescending. The person working the front desk was friendly, but couldn’t compete with Pedro’s attitude. Always check fo bed bugs!!

Had a lot of trouble with hot water

Hotel is decent. I’ve stayed here a couple time and staff has been very unfriendly every time. Won’t stay here again.

Really cute room. Got the king suite.

The thermostat was not working in the room. It wouldn’t get cold enough. Also, I know this isn’t the hotels fault but the people above our room were very loud stomping around and jumping and banging into the walls until 2 AM. I called the desk twice and the man told me that there wasn’t really anything he could do, but go up to the floor and look in the hallways to see if he saw anything he could knock on any doors. But there should be a way that you could call the room and tell them that there’s been complaints of them making excessive noise and ask them to calm down. This just ruined my whole trip. I was so mad. The desk told me that that was the way that hotels were designed so that you could hear people above you even though they were just walking it sounded like they were stomping. That just sounds ridiculous to me. Hotels should be designed so that there’s insulation and noise Buffering whatever so that you can’t hear things going on in the rooms next to you or above you.

Everything was great

The property was well maintained. And my room was exceptionally cleaned. The front desk clerk was very professional, we were greeted with a happy, friendly clerk. Well done Courtyard Marriott. I will stay there again and again when I am in Texas. Thanks

Everything was very nice. The room was clean and quiet! Will be a return customer!!!

Hotel is top-notch. Common areas are clean and inviting. Pool/hot tub indoors was a hit with the kids. Staff was very friendly. Location was easy to get in and out of. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. *room #200 was clean but did have a musty smell. The in room coffee setup was extremely cheap.. and there was no fresh coffee bar setup in the lobby. HUGE fail in my personal opinion.
