The front desk service was rude upon checkin. The hotel has no parking offered, which for a city like AD, it creates a huge problem. The nearby parking is mostly with residents permit, so it is impossible to park anywhere nearby. We spent at least one hour driving around the hotel looking for parking with no luck, which made the beginning of the stay exhausting. There is loud music from clubs in the hotel late at night. There was only one towel provided for two people. The room was not clean and the hotel overall smelled really strange. The wi-fi was not working AT ALL! We would not recommend staying at this hotel for business, leisure or tourism, you are better off paying a few dirhams more and booking another place! Save yourself from a horrible stay.

Room is very dated. We were in room 501. There music noise from downstairs until after 4am. Room is dated and show had almost no hot water. And it drained out very slowly. We won’t be back.

It’s my first time to check in there but I'm not so happy, since the room is too dark, few amenities, the bed is too dusty, no towels in the bathroom, no slippers in the room, there’s a lot of spiders in the bathroom, not friendly staff because I ordered food online but the security and the staff in the lobby are not allowing the delivery boy to go in my room to bring my order, and the reception is always busy on the phone. In short, I'm not so happy.

I like the Room and its a big spacious room.Reasonable price. About the staff i had a very bad experience in afternoon in chcek out time. Around 12 clock i spoke the receptionist i want to extend some more hours my stay. Sudanese Man that his agree for that and he told me to add 100 dhs and i can extend my stay at 6pm. So the deal is confirmed but unfortunately around 1.30 pm i received a call from reception he was starting to shout at me because i didn't chcek out. I noticed that he is not the person i spoke earlier he is new receptionist i think arabic old man then i told him wait i will come down to speak. When i reach to him i explained to him but he doesn't want to listen to me and he kept shout at me in front of the people. Finally he said to me he doesn't know that i spoke the other receptionist. By the way while change reliver he will hand over to him i don't know about ur hotel policies but try to trained him how to speak the customers. I really upset for him and this was first experience for me all over the hotels in uae.

I had some issues and the team was very helpful.
Good location, taxi stops front of the hotel and there is bus station near (bus A1 from and to Airport).

The hotel has a good location right next to the Corniche. For the price, it was basic and good for me for a short night's stay. However the main issue is the parking. Other hotels right next door have their own parking lots or designated spots for their clients, but Al Diar Mina does not. It was rather confusing to find a spot to park overnight because most are reserved only for residents, and when I did find a spot, you have to pay per hour.

There are no facilities in the room you need to follow room service you need to call housekeeping several time to get what you need no available parking bill boy not available always

1. There was a cockroach in my room and bathroom.
2. The access card to my room where I stayed for 6 nights had to reactivated along with that of my husbands every 2 days...at times 2 days in a row
3. The elevator is hard to use as even when we put our access card and its activated it still doesnt take us to our floor. We needed to get help on different days for it to work.
4. I stayed on the 11th floor and every night until 3 am we could hear music playing from the bars on the first 3 floors.
5. There was no conditioner for the hair in the washrooms nore any garbage bags in any waste bins
6. The phone was dirty with dust
7. The bed board was dirty with spots of liquid throughout it
8. I was only able to find one tv channel in English, the rest were all arabic
9. The lamps needs to be replaced as well, they are full of spots of wear on their brass
10. One of the electrical outlets in our room did not work
11. Altough the reception had a scanned copy of my passport and that of my husbands ID card, on our 3rd night there we were told they dis not have my ID anymore and asked to provide our ID again. My husband was quite upset about this and went downstairs to the reception to complain and they later found it and apologized.
Just not a hotel for decent clean people. It felt more like a motel and therefore they should change their name to a motel instead of hotel.

Apauling service, I had to pay 970 dirham while he charged me 1045 dirham.
When I asked to explain he failed and was very rude ...
My guests were not happy with their behaviour as reception staff were not polite and lack of knowledge.

It was a great experience. Easy access to Taxi and supermarket. Staff were accommodating.

Hotel lacked cleanliness and reeked of cigarette smoke. Not allowed to open balcony to allow for fresh air. Staff was extremely unprofessional and uninterested in taking care of their customers. If you visit Abu Dhabi I recommend pretty much any other hotel over this one.

The room was great, shower was good but could be alot better.
The staff were amazing, very helpful and very friendly.
The night club at the hotel is what has made me decide not to stay there again.
Fortunately I was on the 8th floor so it didn't disturb me to much, but if I had been on a lower floor then I would definitely be demanding my money back.
Clubbing starts at I think 9pm and goes on until 3:30am blasting really loud music. It must be a terrible experience for the other guests try to sleep on the 3rd floor and above.
The restaurant was appalling. Really poor choice of food, expensive, and poor quality. The room needs to be refurbished and better design. The food was so bad that I often went to the hotel next door for breakfast. They make the most amazing French toast I have ever had.
Overall though it was a good stay, and I can't fault the staff at all. They have been extremely helpful and very friendly. Well done to the team

Hotel is a bit dated and a little tired but clean and comfortable.
However there's a nighclub on the first floor which goes on until 3am (sometimes a bit longer!) and although I was on the 9th floor I could still hear the bass coming through the building!

Had a week long event at yas mall and decided to stay with 3 other guests in this hotel. It was the F1 weekend and all prices of other hotels were hitting the roof! Took a chance with this hotel and I must say I was incredibly surprised what how huge, clean and comfortable the rooms are. Lloyd, the hotel staff in particular is a great asset to the hotel and great help!
