Very nice facility. The only thing I completely do not agree with and cannot express in the strongest terms that when paying $25 for a breakfast buffet and then charging additional for orange juice per glass is just wrong.

Front desk crew were amazing! Keisha made sure check in ran smoothly. Definitely recon this place for a quick weekend trip. Mall and food places around.

Very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. Our server Fitzroy was so pleasant and helpful and on arrival we were greeted by Keisha who was so helpful in changing our reservation for a day later and an upgraded suite. The entrance is welcoming and very upscale, not to mention to beautiful lake view while dining and the lakeside walk path. Excellent, 5 stars.

Very quiet, very clean, nice location in calm Palm Beach Gardens. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was fine. Nothing to complain about. Would come back anytime.

We stayed over Christmas and the hotel is in a great location, we brought out dogs and the staff was welcoming. Everything is clean and shiny and the staff is great.

This hotel is in a great location, has great amenities and the staff is top notch. The only negative was the room. It was in desperate need of some serious TLC if not a complete makeover. Light bulbs were out and to the AC didn't work well at all.

This past weekend was my wife's birthday, so I took her back to one of our favorite vacations spots to relax and celebrate her birthday! This was our 4th or 5th time staying here and we just love the location overlooking the lake. We love being able to walk around the lake to be able to eat and shop! The staff as always was excellent and made our stay luxurious as always! We are already talking about when we will be back for our next stay!

I would definitely book here again. Everything was quick and easy. My stay was basically quiet. The only complaint I have are the opening and closing of the doors, they were loud. Other than that my stay was good.

Terrible experience, our flight got canceled on the day we were to arrive. When we came in the next day we found out they gave our room to someone else and didn't even have the common courtesy to send us a text or a email to let us know we didn't have a room to stay in. Beautiful hotel but bad management.

Our check in was amazing, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a few craft beers on tap and had great conversation with our bartender Scott. We were able to walk less than 10 mins to a handful of awesome restaurants. The room was spotless. Convenient self check out snack kiosk in the lobby was helpful to grab a quick snack on the way out, including fresh muffins.
