Was charged extra for no reason. Room was disgusting and the beds are made of stone.

Upon checking in we realized the bolt lock wasn't working and the top lock was missing a bolt. Heading out the door the other screw popped out. Maintenence came to fix it but he couldn't I explained to the lady at the front desk what happened and she had a slight attitude because we had to be moved to another room. That rooms bathroom had hair on the toilet and bathroom floor. I will never stay here again!!!!!

Couldn’t get a single amenity to work. The fitness room was filthy and all equipment was broken, no air conditioning and front desk couldn’t do anything to help. Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room and I was given a number to call and try to fix it myself?? Attempted to fix it for 45 minutes to no avail. Appliances in room were rusty and filthy. Overall awful experience, I feel scammed. Would have gotten better value sleeping outside.

This location has obviously had water damage recently. My first room smelled...funky, and had a mass of hair on the pillow, which I am capable of disposing of but the musty, wet-hamster-cage aroma was too much, my second room had a lesser damp-musty smell, and I was too tired to go back and explain something that shoukd be obvious to anyone working there. After taking some time to look closely, mildew was actively growing on everything and patches of mold have been poorly painted over in several places. As in the bed frame and curtains were obviously mildewed. I would not suggest this place for babies or anyone with breathing impairments, the advertized bedding, was indeed excellent, but sadly the mold and mildew along with the aura of dank funk they exude ruin any hope of a relaxing rest. On top of that I have a residual unexplained $10 charge to my credit card.

The staff was not friendly or helpful at all . I had to change room because the air conditioner wasn't working. The front desk person questioned me as to why I didn't tell her earlier. The breakfast staff was any better. Any questions you asked , they made you feel as if you were bothering them .

This is an OK hotel, you have to ask for everything, don’t expect the staff to be very helpful.

The beds, blankets and pillows were comfortable and warm. It was quiet, we slept well. Room had small refrigerator and a tiny coffee maker. Breakfast with toast, waffle (make your own),cereal, juices, coffee, round sausage Pattie’s and eggs, Jogurt was offered every day albeit orange juice and Jogurt were in short supply. It would be nice to have a little variation at breakfast (bagels, fruits or oatmeal for instance). We could not make tea in the room as the cups are NOT microwave safe. Baseboard stain over a foot in length was there when we arrived. All together it was a nice stay.

Very poor. Smelled like an old cellar , bathroom fixtures and closet doors ( one was missing) were rusted or broken. Missing cover over bathroom lights. Electric outlets did not work. Trash around the property. VERY rundown property.

Almost everything was great. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The only change I did not like was that when I needed clean towels, I had to take the dirty ones to the front desk and get more.

Front service was lacking and too many hidden chargers when you arrive. App show rate total much lower then what the hotel charges during check in. Not very ethical, could of book a better hotel if known about the higher rate at check in then the app total showing. Room was pretty much average.

The pool is dirty, the spa is not working. The TV is only having a limit number of channel. Breakfast fruit is spoil/not fresh and limited to one option - apple.

Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is convenient and safe. Recommend for a short weekend trip.

our room did not get cool for sleeping even after adjusting the thermostat to 66, we felt too warm for sleep

Almost all the receptacles in the room was missing the faceplate exposing the wiring. The hallways smelled and was not welcoming. Ironing board was broken and didn’t latch in an upright position. Payed extra for a suite room with standalone extra room per the Expedia picture, that room was not correctly portrayed so I wasted my extra money on the room I thought I was paying for.

Hotel was nice and clean, and located near alot of places to eat at.

The staff is unpleasant, indoor hot tub and pool not operating for months now… according to staff. And woke up with a horrible back ache and pain in my neck from the horrible mattress and pillows.

It was a place to sleep. I had my grandkids - and was disappointed the pool was closed. One night while there, the cable was out - and the last morning there when I went to get a shower I didn't have hot water. BUT it was clean - and that is most important to me.

Terrible smell,front desk clerk rude..urine at the bottom of toilet when we first checked in room..we was lied to that it was within walking distance to the beach,also pool was shut down,we was not informed of it..terrible smell in room like waste and big water bug in hotel..TERRIBLE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED..Ruined our trip

Nice, friendly staff

This was a family weekend getaway. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to staying there a 4th time.

There was a very nice gentleman who worked evening/nights who checked us in, and that was about the only good thing of the stay. The hotel is in a good area close to beach access, but it is old and in need of renovating. It smells stale and mildewy in the whole building, especially in the rooms. Some mold spots in the bathroom ceiling. Room was very standard and decently cleaned when we got checked in. Internet didn’t work the entire stay (4 nights) on the tv nor on my phone. Daytime lady at the front desk didn’t help whatsoever when we asked, just said they didn’t connect the tvs to the internet even though there’s Netflix, etc set up on there. Room service is only after the 3rd day, which is fine, but every time we asked for fresh towels they acted like we were trying to steal them. Refused to let us get new ones until we brought our old ones upstairs, and towels were very dry and scratchy. After the third night all they did was bring towels and change the trash, which we had been doing ourselves prior. No new bedding or cleaning. They ran out of quarters at the desk for the laundry. Price also went from $1.50 to $1.75 for the washer. Pool was also closed which was not stated online. Very very loud guests near our room which were SCREAMING one night. Overall just not a great stay at all. Would much rather pay $20 or so extra a night for somewhere nicer.
