Staff was friendly, they made a special accommodation for me, and their rooms were nice and clean. Very "home away from home".

Clean, comfortable room and good breakfast

The beds were not comfortable at all. It was like we were sleeping on the floor. Pool was severely over chlorinated and even smelt salty. Going to check in the front desk kept telling me I was calling to change my dates and I never did.

We are not convinced they had washed the sheets we slept in based on the smell of the sheets. We thought it was just us being picky but the farther the night went on the more it was obvious they hadn’t. I could smell someone else’s deodorant on the sheets where pits go. Disgusting. We will never stay here again.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly and went into great detail of what the hotel has to offer during our stay. Will rebook again when we come back to Twin Falls.

Clean and Comfortable

It met my expectations. There were a few issues, but they were minor. The first one is the card key had to be reprogrammed on a daily basis. And the coffee maker in the room was not working, however, they do provide 24-hour access to coffee in the dining room. The housekeeping staff was curious and prompt.

The staff was very nice and helpful, however, the hot tub was way too hot (unsafe it was so hot), we only got two towels for a room of 4 people, the gym equipment was nice but the gym hadn’t been cleaned in a while. For the price it was a decent stay, just had a couple minor issues

Unacceptable, sheets stained, chairs tread bear

Everything was great. Breakfast was pretty darn good, and the kids really liked the novelty of the pancake machine. Clean, great and highly responsive staff to a TV glitch, and pool/work-out facilities were great too. Thanks for a good nights sleep.

Nice motel in a convenient location. The music in the lobby was a bit loud.

Around the property is loud

Everything pristine. The room was immaculate and coffee machine and microwave were so useful. Shower was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't like the plastic cutlery for breakfast. Maybe a few chairs in the laundry would be handy whilst waiting for laundry to be done.

Everything about the facility was quite nice: large suite well furnished, comfy beds, pillows, and linens, clean, modern fridge, m-wave, and big tv, large bathroom counter, adequate breakfast, great close-in parking...all very nice, except that the AC did not work. We are not quite sure how they knew that the AC did not work in our room before we arrived, as it was obvious to us when we first entered the room. The staff tried to get it to work, but it would not cool. We were offered another room, but were reluctant to take it, having already moved into the first room and unpacke, and hoping the AC would come around when the sun went down. By 10 pm, the temp in our room reached 78 deg and became stiffling, so we agreed to pack up and move to another room, even though it was not as nice a room and had only one bed. That exercise late at night was a 90-minute ordeal to pack up, move, and unpack again. As I mentioned to the manager on duty, it was such a joy to experience moving into their facility twice for the same price. It always amazes us that no matter what goes wrong at these hotels, there is never any adjustment offered on price, as if a working AC system is just a small amenity that is out of order, like a coffee maker or something, and that we should be happy to have everything else as is. Bottom line is that the AC was not working because of poor maintenance. That was not what we contracted for when we made the reservation, and it is not acceptable.
