Room clean. Our 2nd time staying at this motel.
Everything worked.
Will stay again.

They were remodeling the hotel lobby but the rest of the hotel was disgusting. Smelled musty, floors has cigarette burns in them. Used bandaids everywhere. They charged our card without our approval and then denied ever doing it. Hoopies every where.

Before I start with the negative, let me say that the staff were very friendly and accommodating all around.
Now, where do I start? This place is akin to staying in a third-world country. All rickety, dusty, and unprofessional installation everywhere. I get that they were in the middle of revamping the whole place (at the same time I might add), but I’m talking about just he rooms themselves. Without a doubt the nastiest accommodations I’ve ever paid for.

The staff was friendly. But honestly this location felt like they bought the place and opened it before it was ready for business. The couch in our room was stained and had a burn in the cushion. We were charged a $100 deposit after being told it would be $50. Fine. I’ll get it back.
The ‘breakfast bars’ were literally just 4x4 with particle board and laminate on top. Not actual cabinets at all.
It was clean enough. I just feel like the value didn’t match what I paid for the location.

The hotel itself was okay. The lobby and parts had a musty smell, but our room actually smelled ok. The pool was empty, which although it was cool out, it would’ve been nice to know the pool was closed because we originally had planned to swim. NOT A SINGLE OUTLET IN OUR ROOM WORKED! For a vacation, our phones stayed pretty much dead. Every outlet was so loose it wouldn’t even hold on our chargers. Through the museum, the zoo, and the aquarium, we never could use our phones due to no way to charge through the night. Only other downside and I know not an every night thing, but the fire alarms went off at 3am and although no danger was definitely unexpected. Overall, for the price we paid it was a decent place to lay our heads.

But this place isn't even worth what I paid to stay here. Upon arrival the king room I had booked wasn't available so we got a double queen. Then the man at the front desk took 20 minutes to get us checked in only to gave us the wrong room number so we were trying to get into an occupied room at midnight.
Once we finally made it to our room there was dried vomit in the entry way, a dirty plunger in the bathtub, bugs in the dirty bathroom, the fire alarm kept going off at 2am and there was trash everywhere in the stairwell. The only plus was the bed and pillows were comfortable. . .after I picked all the long hairs off the sheets. I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere, as we should have.

Website said infant friendly with cribs. They do not have cribs! No apology either. My babies didn’t go down until between 11 and midnight and it massively affected our trip. Breakfast offered but not an option I would encourage based on quality. I was grateful it was near where we ended our day but think it should have been 59 or 69 instead of what I paid. They were responsive when I said the tub wouldn’t plug, which I was grateful for.

We arrived at our hotel and pretty quickly found bed bugs in the room we were staying in. The receptionist then argued with me that it’s impossible. I ended up convincing him to check the room to prove the issue. Then he refused to give me a refund at first.

Some maintenance issues but overall clean and good value. The best part is my special request of foam pillows (feather allergies) was fulfilled. Usually when staying at a hotel I will request ahead of time, but still have to ask again, but not here, which I appreciate a lot. Staff very pleasant during my 3-day stay.

Property looks like it started to get renovated several years ago, and stopped halfway through. Filthy mismatched couches in lobby. Suprised with $50 cash deposit thats not stated online, when checking in. 5 tv channels. Dirty rooms.

Worst place I’ve stayed in my entire life and I travel frequently!!! Staff came in my room multiple times thinking it was empty! Place is crawling with drug addicts. I felt as if I would get robbed at any point. Place is ran down, shower curtains were filthy and haven’t been replaced in what appears to be 5 years! Place is just generally unclean oh and they tax you an additional money for 30 min late check out. Lastly the ice machine looks like something from a horror flick. Hasn’t been cleaned ever. Do not ever come here. I will never go to a days inn again!

Right by the highway, you’re going to hear traffic all night. Entire building is under construction, my door wouldn’t open due to how many times it’s been painted over. All amenities are closed, breakfast was a piece of toast and coffee

Restaurants and support facilities are not far. Parking for trucks and rvs are very ample

Hotel was filthy. They may have looked like they were renovating but nothing was complete. The toilet tank cover did not match the shape of the toilet. The bathroom door was a piece of unpainted unfinished wood shaved and still did not closed. There was a drywall screw that was used to hold the outlet cover in the wall. The carpet had cigarette burns and just overall dirty. And the pool was green. They should have just drained it.

Average hotel in need of reconditioning . Beds comfortable and located 3.49 miles from Great American Ball Park. For an overnight its fine but would not want to stay any longer than that.

I wish they had an elevator.

The check in process was atrocious. I was told a $50 security deposit was needed for my room that I had to wait to be cleaned (I checked in at 3pm). The mention of the security deposit was no where on the website and I felt was completely unnecessary. When i finally got into my room it was like they started renovating the room and just never completed it. Light switch covers were hanging off the wall, the light switch by the door didnt work. The towel rack was rusted, the shower rod was not connected correctly to either end of the wall. I could shift the shower head about an inch through the wall. The door was not even completely painted. I was literally like someone tried to fix things as cheap as possible and didnt even care to check the work. On top of that I come out to my car the next morning to find half drank beer bottles on the ground behind my car. I will NOT be staying here again, and I will certainly NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is going through renovations so it is ran down looking. The breakfast is terrible it was barely any of it and the lady serving it should have better clothes choices as she had a really small shirt with belly showing.

They charge $50 for deposit and we have stayed here about 20 times, never have a problem getting our deposit back and this morning September 2nf they didn't want to give me my $60 deposit back. Yes $60!! I had to give them a extra $10 bc THEY DIDN'T HAVE CHANGE!! THE CHECK IN GUY DIDN'T WRITE IT DOWN A EXTRA $10 THEY STOLE IT

Advertised breakfast but no juice or coffee available. Waffle mixture was runny and not able to make waffles.

I gave an average score because they appear to be in the process of remodeling and I don't think it would be fair to truly rate them at this time.

Very run down
