A gem of a property, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, immune from the hustle and bustle of Koramangala's energy.

Very friendly personell, especially house keeping and restaurant staff. Very good restaurant food and breakfast.

Not the best staff and not well trained. Check in and out was a procedure and terrible security personal. In India no one walks around with their passport. They would not let me daughter in after she showed them her passport on the phone plus a drivers licence. They argued with us in the lobby. Never going there again.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel in the heart of Koramangala. The plus points are: quiet location, courteous staff, good food options and spacious rooms. The only minus is that finding a public transport (say an Uber ride or metro) is a hassle from the hotel.

The staff are amazing. The kitchen is also talented. If offered, accept the board deal. Also, the hotel has partnered to offer an affordable same day laundry. Every odd issue I had while traveling, including becoming ill, the hotel helped.

Arrogant and rude individual who checked us in.. He was on an another phone while he served us and spoke to us and treated us with unacceptable levels of rudeness and attitude.. Been a Grand Mercure customer for 5 years and this level of customer service is unacceptable..

Very poorly managed. Buffet breakfast and dinner were pooer than any hotel I have ever travelled. Even quality of food was very poor. Lastly, they are hugely understaffed with no one to attend at gym and at pool which I feel is way too risky, leave aside discomfort.

It was a comfortable stay apart from the practice of taking a pre-authorised advance for incidentals(despite having paid the room rent in advance), which only caused confusion during checkout. Lovely location. The room's furniture could use some renovation.

The staff was actually rude while checking in i had booked a 2 bedroom suite shich fits for 4 adults they actually charged me again for 2 adults . I rate the staff worst never will i recomend this hotel and the food is terrible over all experience was foul

Good practical hotel for my business stay. Rooms were clean spacious and well equipped. Air-con was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Area is quiet and residential, and grounds are small. Personally I found the mattress too hard, but that's a preference.....
Overall a good hotel and an enjoyable stay.

I like nothing about this hotel....poor location, poor food, poor facilities......they call it 5 star hotel but there is nothing like 5 star.....

I cannot commend the staff, food and location enough. The property is lovely but:
1. Older
2. Needs better quality towels
3. Needs to advise guest they can get an Uber that costs 600 times less their hotel taxi ( I asked for a taxi and hotel gave me a hotel car without even advising me of the price and after arguing with the manager it got removed from my bill)
4. Tiny gym (but it works)
5. Needs to have chargers for iphone etc. ( mine got stolen and my phone died and not a single person had a iphone charger)
I had a lovely stay and my room was big with a kitchen and sitting areas etc. and I was very appreciative that i felt safe.

I selected this place because my office is very close to this place and I got the BEST rate from Expedia. Hotel staff gives room based on the rate we pay - which is ABSURD!! The bedroom and the living room is partitioned with a sliding door and a small TV in the middle kind of a divider - HORRIBLE setup. They charged my entire charges upfront - NEVER saw such kind of behavior from any other hotels. I must have stayed 1000s of hotels all over the globe but WORST experience from this facility. I am ready to talk to any executives if they want my honest feedback.

All was perfect except the price announced on the website: do not touch a mug, you pay for it, do not call Europe using the land phone, you are charged 4 times for the same communication ... MERCURE WAS A HUGE RIP OFF ...

I had a very nice suite that was big,comfortable and quiet.Bed was good.Bathroom was well equipped but not 5 star although shower was great.It has a kitchen for those wanting to do some basic cooking.I ate in both restaurants and food was very good.Staff is very accommodating.Hotel is situated in a residential area so surrounding area is very pleasing.All in all recommended and I think you will be very satisfied with the stay

Great Apartment designs. With good kichen facilities except for the one plate induction cooker (two plates would be better). Staff are very courteous and helpful. Hotel Menu offers a wide variety of continental and Asian dishes. Very good, gym and pool. Great location

i feel it is very unreasonably expensive ....... a single local phone call from the hotel rooms land phone costed me around rs.220 approx. i leave this to your justification if it is worth it or not. dinners and breakfast are expensive compared to the hotels standard. no point buying anything inside the hotel.
