Very relaxing!!

I’ve been staying here for years and the check in process is worse each year. Check in is at 4p, our rooms weren’t ready until after 7p. Zero effort was made to correct this situation, no compensation, no acknowledgment, nothing. Very disappointing experience

Check in was at 4pm and we arrived at 5pm. We were told our room was not ready and to “check back every hour” as many rooms weren’t ready until 7pm. There was no apology or any attempt to make the situation better from staff. It is beyond ridiculous to be treated like that at the price you are paying for rooms here. It’s sad how this place has changed over the years. We will not be back and recommend avoiding. We have heard Chico and Quinn’s are much better and will be checking those out next time.

For the over $300 per night, i didnt expect to have neighbors yelling and cursing all night long or having to deal with unsupervised children running the halls and screaming all the time. It felt like we were at a dive motel with the type of clientele we were around

Year after year I’m surprised and angered that rooms are never ready by check in time (4pm). This year it was past 7pm before the room was ready. They’re charging huge, out of state rates and delivering mediocre service.

Staff was awesome!

The rooms were nice but, the room joining me we very loud and there door joining the room had a 3in opening at the bottom allowing us to be disturbed every time they turned on the lights, the doors are very loud when they close.
the restaurants both casual and fine dining are run by the same staff, and the way they treat customers on either side is night and day, and can be some what rude. I would consider fine dining to me more casual dining.
The dining staff lacked a lot of professionalism, both in appearance and customer service.
for example we ate at the casual dining side and a staff member just slapped a picture of water on the table, and walked off with out saying anything, and then, on the fine dining side the same staff member took the time to fill our glasses with water. A slap in the face really.
another example. I ordered breakfast and it was to have fresh fruit with it. I never got the fruit tell after I got the bill and I mentioned it. To top it off the waiter did not even apologize for this.

Beautiful property, loved the pools. Would like it if the pools were open past 10:00pm. Also did couple massages at the spa, which were great. The one thing that we did find unusual, was that they did not warm up the lotion that was used. Every time they put additional lotion on it was icy cold. As for food, the Cafe and the Mineral Lounge were great. Loved the mini ba ha’s!! The Edge Water was pretty pricey for the area and based on reviews not very good. Recommend going into town for dinners.

All was good! They added a resort tax at the end that I did not like.

The entire property is well maintained and the staff is more than helpful!

The hot pool was barely warm. We were looking forward to a good soak and we were very disappointed. The breakfast was mediocre at best. They needed more help as our waitress was trying to wait tables while helping to set up for a conference that was coming in. We never did get a coffee refill and had to flag her down to get our check. She was doing her best but was given too much to do. The hotel itself was great.

The pool is amazing! The bed was awful. And I mean the worst I’ve ever tried to sleep in. We slept diagonally. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The hubby and I would bring the grandkids back for one night because of the wonderful pool. But if you can’t get any sleep a vacation is not really fun. The place is very very old. Back in the day I bet it was wonderful!

The overall property was a great deal of fun with the kids - especially the pool and the water slide. My only complaint overall is the facility seemed a bit dated but our family still had a lot of fun and parking with larger vehicles was not an issue which is part of the reason we booked the place.

Very good pools, big: Choices include inside and outside, didn’t feel crowded. The room looked old; the bathroom faucet, sink, bathtub and light switch were dirty. I could tell these have not been washed in awhile which made it feel like the rest of the room was also dirty. The stuff was friendly. It was quite until about 8:30 am, after that the neighboring rooms made lots of noise like they were throwing furniture around. If the rooms were clean, there would be nothing negative to say but I can’t say I would highly recommend to stay here.

We showed up at 6pm to check in, went to eat and after dinner got in the hot springs and they announced it was closed for the night for maintenance… heads up would be nice, I could have drove another 15 minutes and saved money and let me little kids swim

Nice hotel and well kept. Room could have been a little cleaner but nothing that kept me awake at night. Pools were pretty full but still enjoyable. Staff seemed nice and were easy to deal with.

The location, room size, and the staff were great.

They are in need of some renovating. Also, the pools were cold in the morning--not the hot springs you would expect. The hallway of the hotel smelled musty. Probably not a place I would visit again.

Less crowded than usual . Slide rides included which was nice for the kids . Rooms very clean and smelled like lavender ? Check in was easy. Kids liked the goats too .

There was construction and construction debris all over the hotel. Old/broken furniture down multiple hallways. It was a mess. No mention of property construction on their website.
Drink machine was broken at the pool bar. Hoses were across the walkway around the pool which was a safety hazard. Service was so/so. I would wait to book until all construction is over.
