Great hotel - Staff was super friendly. Only thing missing was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also breakfast wasn’t super hot.

Hot tub was not very hot and the jets didn’t work, then the second time we sat in it the jets barely worked but there was hair and other stuff floating so it definitely needed to be cleaned

Everything is more or less to expectations. I will only say it’s the smallest room with a king bed I’ve ever seen with little room around the bed and no sofa. But clean and cozy.

The pillows and towels all had that old mildew smell. Makes it hard to sleep. Bed was rock hard. Breakfast ends at 9..…really? But the people were nice, the place was clean otherwise and quiet.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable accommodations. Breakfast and coffee were both very good. We didn’t go in the pool but saw it was very small.

When I turned down the bed covers, I immediately noticed not only a large grayish/ purple stain on the bottom sheet but an even larger yellow stain on the top sheet and a BLOOD stain on the bottom side of the comforter. I notified the front desk and was told that they had no explanation and initially had no other comparable room to put me in. I asked the front desk staff, Ashley, to come up and look, which she did and then suddenly found an “accessible “ room that was available, but not quite the quality of the room I had booked. No compensation was offered and I will never stay there again. Having to change rooms at 11:30 at night, after settling in for the night, significantly impacted my sleep, especially since I was now not sure how effectively ANY of the rooms are being cleaned. Having to decide whether to sleep on top of the bed coverings or on the sofa was not a decision I should have had to make with the money I spent.

was at a soccer tournament all day checked in at 4 put stuff in room went to eat with the team came back around 7 left went and sat outside with the team came back in with food and their was Ants everything on tables on tv stand very nasty.

The staff was gracious and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was just right. We will stay again when we visit our son at Bradley.

Our stay was ok, not worth the price I paid. The AC unit was leaking and the carpet was continuously soaking. The AC unit was also very loud and clicked throughout the night. The pull out sofa bed was a ton tinier than expected and could not fit two people. The spa also did not have working whirpools.

They were overbooked and I ended up in a queen room- super annoying! The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate but their system wouldn’t override and so I got stuck in a queen.

The staff at this property was exceptional. They were extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and a good size. It is conveniently located not far from the interstate and there are multiple dining options nearby. There was a nice variety of breakfast foods and the dining area was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

They did not clean my room in 3 days... plus they did not have the room a paid for in advance and they just gave me what ever they had

Wonderful stay! Room was perfect for our needs, and we appreciated the shower. It had two drains and ample guard rails, as well as regular shower head plus a wand. Great staff at front desk. Thank you!

You messed up my reservation they only had two queen beds and I have to have a suite with king bed same breakfast both days in the pool was closed one day on Sunday a weekend day the staff there was good though very good

Upon checking in everything was great and seemed okay. But entering the room/hallways was a different story. The rooms and hallways couls use some attention. The shower head sprayed out the top of the curtain whenever we turned it on, soaking the floor. The mattress protector had holes/rips in every spot we looked. One bed had a big black hair and a chip under the fitted sheet leaving a grease stain on the sheet. Their eco friendly way to regulate the temperature did not work properly and kept pushing our room to 71°. Our other guests in the room next to us woke up with ants crawling all over the outside of their door. For the quality inside and the issues we came across, I don't see how this hotel has the ratings it does. Have we been in worse yes, could you make it work for a night or two yes. Would we seek out to stay at this specific hotel no.
