For the money per night to stay, it is not good value. Non serviced rooms , clean towels at reception at a cost of $4.00 each. No reception on arrival after 6pm. Gone down hill since our last visit there, and won't be going back again

Great apartment & facilities. Very clean apartment & great reception staff.

We liked the view of the ocean from the balcony and it was a good sized room. Clean and well organised. Easy check in and check out. Short walk to marina and town centre.

The property is elevated above the town so offered good distant views and was walkable too, but, be prepared for the uphill on the way back. The rooms were very well appointed with clean and modern inclusions. the television was a good size. All staff were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The proximity to the bowling club was great, but the bistro there was less than perfect. We were content with our meals. All street parking is metered so if you are planning to drive the short distance to town and all other beach tourist areas, be prepared to pay for it. (Thank the council for this)

Have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our visit.

Reception was blunt and rude, got us to sign papers without explaining the details, she didn’t help us with our bags instead told us there’s trolleys if we need to transport our stuff. Didn’t get told anything about the restaurant, room service or housekeeping. The restaurant wasn’t open at night or in the morning which was inconvenient. Didn’t get told if we could use the pool or other facilities like displayed in the photos when initially booking. Really poor customer service. The place didn’t have any tissues or paper towels. Dust on ceilings Shower gel spilt down the wall on to spa bath and had to clean up Ceiling fan made a annoying noise so has to leave it off Tv was slow and hard to use or change channels Bedroom window was left open when we first checked in really unprofessional.

Hotel room was beautiful but could have done with a few more bowls (fruit) etc. I had to buy a paring knife, decent wine glasses and mugs.

The unit was clean and tidy with good water views and it was close to all amenities. The only down side was the bed which was very firm otherwise an enjoyable stay

The resort management offered a free night due to water facilities being unavailable due to maintenance on one of the days during our stay which was fantastic. The steam room when working is wonderful. It would be helpful if the water temperature of the pool and attached spa was set warmer during the winter months so it is still usable.

It was quite satisfactory. Good size room.

We stayed for the weekend (family of 5). A 2 bedroom room was perfect for us. We all slept well and the place is clean and fresh.

Check in was great staff friendly and welcoming but that’s where it stopped Couple of points below: *Rooms have a Hospital vibe with the white light globes should be changed to warm globes. *Not a resort this is a self maintained apartment the name of the hotel is misleading *Remove your own rubbish after stay? This was written on the in room detail card. I did remove my rubbish from the room but couldn’t find anywhere to dispose of this.. I left it with the reception staff. *Queen bed not sure if this was only my room but it’s two singles put together not very comfortable *Stains on top sheet made me think if they were washed? *Below standard pillows/ Mattress for & 170 a night some of the money should be put towards updating bedding *Room, bathroom and balcony were clean so can’t fault that except that dirty top bed sheet

We really enjoyed our stay at Landmark Resort. Room was in good condition and as described when we booked it. We had a room with a spa bath which was great. Staff were very friendly and we had mentioned it was our anniversary when we booked and they left us a bottle of sparkling wine which really a really nice touch and we really appreciated it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again next time we're there.

We enjoyed our stay at the Landmark Lovely pool area Nice view from balconies Restaurant was fabulous! Only downside was no air con or fan in the bedroom which was hot. The aircon in the lounge did flow through but still not enough Handy to shops and restaurants

I loved staying here. It made me feel very at home and relaxed. I liked that the rosellas visited us on the balcony. It was a nice surprise. We didn’t feed them as they might become a nuisance for others

Great rooms loud at night with people coming in late via hallways no undercover parking available for us however lots of spots and close to town quick check in
