The hotel itself was nice and breakfast was great, but they charged me a smoking fee after I checked out when I did not smoke in the room. I had to escalate the matter to corporate and the owners of the hotel to attempt to get a refund of the $300 fee. The general manager refused to give me a call back after leaving messages for him. I will not be going back

I booked the wrong night. Yes, my fault. He didnt seem to really care.he then offered a room for the next night, but wanted to charge me more then i paid before. Needless to say, i will not stay thete again.

It was a very nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, extremely comfortable bed and the sheets and comforter were SO comfortable I wanted to take them home with me!

Showed up to check in to multiple rooms for guys to find out this hotel is charging an additional fees per day to check in. I will not be using this hotel nor will I use Expedia again. It’s not the $ it’s the failure to fully disclose the correct amount up front. It’s dishonest and I won’t do business with y’all again.

Had a good stay. The gym can use some free weights as they have no weights at all. I think this would be a great addition and would make it a great stay.

The set up in the room was perfect. The nite lite i the bathroom was a good idea. We were very happy to find this hotel. Our dog loved it, too, but got very sick the next day. We were happy she did not get sick that night!

View of vineyards was nice. Room was average. Elevator was broke on checkout day, Had to haul our luggage and cooler down three flights of stairs! We are in our mid 60's And it was tough!

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn - it has been recently renovated (some parts are still under work - like the pool), but it is spacious and fresh. Breakfast was standard and good. Service was top notch - everyone at the front desk was very helpful & wonderful!

Stay was great but upon arrival the hotel said someone digitally checked in and ended up waiting about 20 min for the front desk to figure out if someone was in my room or not. Besides that, everything was great. The continental breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel and I'll come back here again just for that. :) The crew was very happy.

Read the fine print. This property has extra 'Amenity fees' that they charge your card after you check out. So you end up paying more than you originally paid when you book, and you might get something cheaper when you add it up. I was charged $8 for 1 night stay and only after I called to ask what that was for that they told me the management charges that fee. I read some other reviews and say that is it per night!! I then checked the hotel details here on Expedia and say that it is now almost $13!! So they are baiting with low prices then hit you with the extra fees. I suspect other hotels might soon follow suit so read the property details to see what the room will really cost you.

I had a issue with noise (early morning hours) from young party goers on both sides of my room. I had to call the front desk twice to get the noises to stop, but then the noises just continued. I informed the front desk of my displeasure and the front desk person said she would have the hotel manager contact me, and they did not! After waiting 2 weeks I decided to reach out, and their response was this; No refund or an an explanation as to why there wont be a refund will be given to you. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! There are also indigent people living there and using the facilities (bathrooms). I did not feel SAFE there! The hotel is also under construction and has been for more than a year now, and its very unsightly for the price per night being paid. There are other places in the LODI area that are much better than this property.

Property is in good location. People were friendly and helpful. The rooms were OK, but design could be better. Breakfast was OK but needed attention. I would stay here again.
