doing construction during my stay which didnt bother me but had to go down and get my ice bucket and cups bec ause the room didnt have any, requested two extra pillows on-line before my stay and werent in the room. wont stay there again.

They didnt clean the room for 3 straight days had to go get our towels everyday handed me towels out of the dryer told me i could fold them smelled of weed terrible there was no continental breakfast like said only coffee checked out a few days early said we would get a return on room still havent got that 5 days worth of stay that they owe me was up there for a mayo appointment didnt know how long for sure my stay was going to be have to go back will not be staying there again

It was ok for a emergency one night stay would not want to be there long term could be cleaner disapointed with breakfast nothing there when went down jad stove fridge microwave but no pans or dishes

I took my own garbage out, had to turn in my towels to get fresh towels.

This property seems to have ppl that live there. That's not the issue, but as someone who was staying there to get rest, it was not possible. The ppl that live there are loud, and inconsiderate of others. Dogs barking. The ppl that lived next door to the room I was in spent all night fighting one night. 2 other nights I got woken up out of a dead sleep to my bed being shaken be the same couple having sex. Which again is fine, but maybe then ppl that live there should be on one side of the hotel, and ppl trying to rest can be on the other side. Also, maybe invest in better insulation so ppl can't hear everything. I will not be back. As a single women traveling alone it did not feel safe. To many ppl loitering and wondering around.

Overall it is a good hotel for the price the staff was very polite and helpful the rooms were spacious with the kitchen that's in them the beds are very comfortable didn't care for the vocation of the hotel if you don't own or have a vehicle there isn't much as far as gas stations or grocery stores or anything for that matter with him walking distance otherwise I would give it a four stars

The only good thing about this place was the clerk. She was very friendly. The whole place is old and not well maintained. The furnace in our room did not work and we had to move to another room. You get what you pay for. Never again.

Bed bugs in the room, big bed bugs! Trash underneath the mattress. Kitchen cabinets delaminating… not good….not good at all. We want to make sure we are not charged for this reservation. We checked out of this hotel immediately, never unpacked luggage stayed on the cart.

Carpet has stains, smells like a wet dog. Will never stay here again.

It was very dated. Tv didnt work, but they replaced it. Stains on the ceiling, holes in the blinds, chips in the tub and counter. The rug was pretty dirty too. I kept my sandals on.

People live there, a lot of dogs, they don't stay at the front desk, just a brown bag for breakfast, won't stay there again

I need my money back. I left the room two hours after checking in. The hotel was unsafe. The police arrived 20 mins into our stay. The AC was also broke in the room.

The place was supposed to be smoke free but there were several people smoking in front of the door. During check in the cops showed up.

We stayed there twice in 2018 & 2021. Was very disappointed when we were given a sack breakfast of water, fruit cup and fruit bar this spring instead of a hot breakfast that other motels were serving. Won't be back.

I liked how clean it was, but was very disappointed in the brown bag breakfast consisting of a granola bar(I do not eat these), a water, and an applesauce.

Floors were slippery and dirty . Toilet was broken flapper kept coming off.coffee pot leaked all over. Nicer to have carpet in rooms.floors were cold.

I had a comfortable experience. It’s not a five star hotel. Largely working folks staying there. But it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were real nice. For me, it was worth driving five miles out of route.

I was upgraded to a remodeled room - it was decent. The blankets on the bed were 2 thin sheets. The walls are thin and everything in the surrounding area could be heard through the walls.
It was convenient and cheap for one night in the area.

The first room they gave us was dirty and then the second room they gave us was also dirty. So after two dirty rooms I asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else

Mayo Shuttle was discontinued which is why I booked this hotel next to the VA CBOC.
Breakfast was inadequate with no or sometimes one granola bar.
I had used this hotel for twenty years but will do so with caution again dependent on the Mayo Shuttle availability.

The rooms need updating. It seems like the owners don't want to put any money back into the business. It's like they cut every corner that they can and cheap out rather than do it correctly.

Room was small. Room was not cleaned while I was there. Had to take my dirty towels to front desk to get clean towels.

The only thing that really bothered me was the toilet was not flushing and we ended up fixing it our self because when we first arrived there they gave us a 1 queen bed then moved us to a 2q beds overall the stay was good price was the cheapest that i could find near the hospital

They show pictures of elaborate breakfast, but they just have "grab bags" which consist of bottled water, and MAYBE a piece of fruit but they can't confirm that.

Charged twice for our stay. We want to be refunded for 2 stays. property was dirty, and we were having medical procedures at Mayo Clinic. Questionable people coming in and out thru night. Rugs and elevator very dirty. My husband stepped on a syringe by vending and it broke under his foot. This could have injected WHO KNOWS WHAT in him. Across hall, 3-4 bags of biological discharge bags..wound care and blue biological pads to catch urine and feces. Doors banging all hours of night. Huge cigarette burn in my blanket. Blankets and bed coverings worn. Tile missing from bath floor, carpet not clean. Kitchen dinette wood peeled off bottom. This place looked like a DRUGGY HOTEL!!
WE WANT TO BE REFUNDED FOR BOTH TIMES CHARGED!! We have contacted the BBB.

Room was outdated but Clean. The most disappointing thing was when I checked in they said there was breakfast, but when I went in the morning, the breakfast lounge was locked up and dark. No one was around, and the front desk was locked up and no one was there either to inquire about breakfast. Not sure if someone didn’t show up for work or what, but the service promised was not provided and no one was present to ask questions.

Nice to have big refrigerator. It was hard to get to.Walls were very thin, noisy from other rooms. Probably will stay elsewhere in the future.

First room I checked into didn't have a shower handle and parts/pieces were all over the bathroom floor. The 2nd room I checked into didn't have the Do Not Disturb sign or kleenex. When I asked at the desk for another sign and boxes of kleenex, I was told there was none to give me. Even asked for a comb as I forgot to pack one, and there was none to be given out. I was only there to sleep as I was there at Mayo for testing, but still - very lacking in accomodations and it is very outdated. Furniture had stains on it so I used the chair at the desk while sitting on towels.

Several extended stay residents seem to be leaving garbage in the hall, even though the hotel has signs up. Desk is only open 8 AM - 11 PM for checkin/checkout. First room had smell of smoking before we checked in. Got a second room, and it smelled fine, but, had no chair, burn holes in the blanket, etc. Barking dogs as you pass rooms in the hall. Not what I expected when I went to Mayo Hospital for appointments, but I guess that's why it was $74?
