The staff was very friendly. There was one guy that worked at the front desk at night that wasn't as friendly but i will not let one person change my experience. It was my forst time in New York!

The front desk staff was amazing, the room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. I had a wonderdul nights rest and the property is located near enough to Time Square for any sightseeing tou would care to do, but far enough to be able to power down after a day out.

Overall, my stay was great! I've no complaints - the staff was courteous. Only issue I had was the open window in my room which led to cold room. Once I had the heating on, it was all good.

Very nice hotel, clean and easy to walk to Times Square and catch the subway. Plenty of shopping a d dining nearby. Room view was also great!

I was pleasantly surprised by the very nice room with an actual functional desk and a decent-sized bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, although my interactions were brief. Even the wait for the elevators was not long. The fitness room was okay; it was small but had enough equipment for 2 to 3 guests.

Location great.. 2 blocks from Time Sq. Lots around to eat and see.. hotel is ok.. area around not so much.. housekeeping not so much.. room just ok..

All is good except housekeeping did not give us fresh towels on our last 2 nights. Also never changed bedsheets.

I did not like having to pay for breakfast after spending an arm and a leg to stay there but staff was good

Had a great stay. My room faced another building (not the street) and it was so quiet! Best sleep I’ve ever had in NYC.
Housekeeping was excellent and my room was always stocked with towels, toiletries and water bottles.
The restaurant had a small menu but the food was very good.

I wish they had a pool. And breakfast was 21.00 dollars…I thought it came with the room.

Order refresher service everyday and they missed one day. It would not be that bad if would would have at least received towels and they took the trash out. On the day we left we had a mountain of trash unfortunately.

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights before a cruise. The location is excellent with easy access to everything. Tons of options for dining and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. The immediate area outside the hotel was so so, but it is NYC and that is to be expected.

Fantastic location: close to Broadway, Times Square, fantastic eateries and the subway is a few metres away. The decor could do with some updating, but then, we didn't come to New York to admire the decor of our room. We would stay there again.

Hotel is right off many subway lines including the E line for JFK. Few blocks from Times Square and many places to eat. The staff at the hotel was very nice and welcoming! The gentleman at the bar by reception was super friendly! Will definitely stay there again!!

Was upgraded to 31st floor and “city” view. Hall furniture was tired looking and cupboard was damaged. Room was great - clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

I appreciated the early check-in and option to store my luggage upon checkout, so I could enjoy a few more hours in NYC. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good value in winter.
