The pool was cold and cloudy. Hair in it! Disgusting!!!!!

No comfortable chairs. Bed was lumpy. Ac didn’t work well. Hair dryer was plugged in about 12 “ from the bath tub. Tv remote remote didn’t always work. I can’t recommend it.

No staff at the front counter during check in ,called from lobby phone to the front desk twice with no answer. Finally checked in to find a severely outdated room with terrible hard pillows that I went down and asked to replace with no options except the small rock hard pillow but was asked if I would like another. The beds are unfortunately just like the pillows, old and hard …

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast attendant made us feel valued and welcome. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds. At check in found out they were over booked. Ended up with a room with only 1 queen bed.

The location was great, service was nice but cleanliness could of been better and the beds were very hard. Beds need updating.

Jets didn’t work on the tub that we paid extra for. They have a sign saying you need to call the desk so they can show you how to ‘properly’ use them. The switch is actually broke and they have it being controlled from a GFI plug. They make noise and shot gross stuff out but didn’t actually work. And the Pillows are terrible.

It took a very long time to check in. The lady in front of me - her room was not ready - she had gone to her room and housecleaning had not even cleaned it. I had to wait until they found her another room. Also, I was not the only person in line!!

Our reservation was for a king size bed, we were put in a room with a queen. We were also put in a handicap room and neither of us is handicapped.

the staff is great, and helpful. the ice machine on the 3rd floor doesn't work. they ran out of coffee at 9:00AM. the king bed in room 111 was terrible

Very clean and comfortable. The entire staff was helpful, kind and welcoming. We loved the freshly made cookies. There were plenty of very clean towels in the room and at the pool. We loved the pool. Also the breakfast had lots of delicious options with a wonderful attendant who kept the eating area sparkling clean.

The beds were very firm and a little uncomfortable. The tv had a setting we couldn't turn off which made it time out, turn off and reset to the starting screen. One of the star wars movies was too long for the timer and we missed a bit. Everything was super clean, the staff was very nice. The cards demagnetized frequently. Right near tons of restaurants and stores

Very nice motel clean friendly service coffee pot was always on in lobby and the breakfast was phenomenal. Highly recommend and will stay there again in future.

Rooms were clean but beds were hard as a rock, the pool was green on day of arrival and closed the next. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Nice area of town close to anything you'd need. Overall a decent stay.

The room smelled of mildew, and the air conditioner was leaking on the floor. The lighting in the room was not great. Worst night of sleep due to the mini fridge making loud noises all night. Woke up at 8 am and went to get our free breakfast. Everything was already gone and or cold. I am sad to say we will not ever stay here again.

i donot know how you get by having only one handicap room in the entire hotel. my son needed a chair to take a shower none were available. the only handicap room has only one kingsize bed.

My kids and I always stay after or before a dental appointment. We have never had a bad experience. The rooms are always clean, staff is always kind and asks how our stay is, and the breakfast is a nice start for the day.

Our stay was fine and the staff were friendly and helpful but our check in and check out was not good due to problems with Hotels.com reservations and we will not make another reservation using this service. Your services are not good.
