From the moment I walked and was greeted by the front desk. She was excellent, give me a few waters, checked me in within 2 minutes. Super nice and upbeat personality.

This place is good for a one night stay before a cruise. The only thing that is a drawback as there really isn’t anything around to walk to as far as a store or restaurants. Everyone that works here is very friendly and we felt welcomed.

Nice but they had overbooked our king size room. They gave us 2 queen beds instead.

I’ll start by saying the front desk staff was very helpful.
The hotel needs a face lift. At first glance the hotel looks pretty nice but once you actually look around the hotel is dirty. Paint chipping off the wall, visibly dirty carpet, hair on sheets. After a very long travel day all I wanted to do was take a hot shower. The shower was filthy. Looked like someone was flicking boogers on the shower walls. Can’t forget about the dirt and scum in tub. They have community shampoo and body wash that can be used but it’s not secured in a way that can’t be tampered with. Pretty disappointed by this property.

The rooms do not have microwaves, and even though there are vending and ice machine signs on every floor there are no vending machines and the ice machines don’t work.

Great hotel, super clean, pool is a nice size and the planes fly right over you which is so cool!! You'd think being right next to the airport it would be loud, but you cant hear the airplanes at all from the room! Super helpful staff!

The hotel was supposed to provide airport shuttle. The shuttle did NOT come for an hour after I called multiple times. When it came after an hour and half, it was already full as it was NOT a shuttle but a shady van. I cannot tell how awkward uneasy to wait for a shady van for two hours and then taking a lyft :(.
The reception lady Kimberly was not at all apologetic and just blamed the contracting company providing the van..strange!!

Nice guy at check in. Tub had hair as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

Loved the breakfast. Our shower did not work. We were in a rush so we didn’t bother to seek guidance. Needless to say, we couldn’t shower 😩

We had a wonderful stay. This location is one of the best Fairfield we have Saturday in (and we have stayed in a lot!). The staff was very helpful and polite, the room was comfortable and clean and the pool/hot tub great and the breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Great stay very close to the airport and thank God they have different types of pillows because other hotels only have feather pillows and having a great sleep is important ❤️

The hotel rooms are a little dated and worn but they are clean and the beds super comfortable. The service was very friendly.

Fitness center has no ac. Half the weights are missing. Couldn’t get into my room till 5:30. Other than that everything was fine.

Airport pick up horrible! Long crowded wait and long time waiting for pick up . Over 1/2 hour.

Beds were comfy, breakfast was sufficient, staff were helpful and friendly, their shuttle from the airport was timely.
Only complaint is there’s nowhere to eat close by. We arrived late evening by shuttle. Only food option is Wendy’s and they don’t except walk ups to the drive through. Very frustrating. We ate chips and protein bars for dinner.

The hotel was average, the breakfast was ok and the staff at breakfast very nice, maid was extremely accommodating. Not sure if it was the detergent use for linens, but both night stays was itchy like crazy and this only happened when I used the towels and laid in the bed.. AC smelled kind of moldy. Ice machines on all floors not working, only main lobby floor worked.. pool area quite clean and nice. Very convenient location. Short Uber ride to Dania shopping center, which has some stores and lots of places to eat. Dunkin’ Donuts and Wendy’s right in parking lot of this hotel.. free airport shuttle, driver very nice and was on time..

Overall pretty good. Breakfast reasonable, hot tub and pool nice. The handle on the shower was very hard to turn. I wonder why when breakfast is served and there are people at every table and there is no spills why maintenance has to start mopping the floor and putting up those yellow wet floor signs for people to trip over. But otherwise staff nice, facility clean and well kept. Getting out can be an adventure if you have to go east-the U-turn can take awhile to get to and make...

Older property, but kept clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My main complaint is the noise from the airplanes taking off and landing at FLL airport. My room was on the fourth (top) floor and it sounded like the jets were landing on the roof. The noise did stop between 11pm and 6am, but unless you're a very sound sleeper - good luck!

This hotel is a decent choice for a quick overnight stay. The rooms need to be updated and the bathrooms cleaned more thoroughly. Staff was very pleasant.

Its old, rundown in my room. 3 lights were out (bulbs missing) Bathtub so old and looked dirty. I would take a shower in it. Not worth the money.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean. Gym is small. Just a couple cardio machines and a few sets of dumbbells but the pool and jacuzzi were great

Beds were soft and comfortable. Room was quiet. Older hotel that could use a facelift, but staff is great and we had a good stay.

Fairfield Inn was in a great location for convenience in regards to the Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. For a fee they provide a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up from the terminal. It was one less thing we needed to worry about to make our vacation stress free.
