Clean Well Kept property with spacious rooms. But, upon arrival there were tornado warnings on the lobby TV for somewhere in the vicinity, I asked the check in clerk if this includes us she responded "I haven't been paying any attention" and she had no intensions to satisfy my concerns it was somewhat shocking but I started registering with my conformation number. I was taken back by the terribly unfriendly attitude of this employee, From demanding to see my ID to her telling me to sign the paper and initial the box below so if I tear up the room they will charge the repairs to my credit card! This was all said in an aggressive manor. I have stayed in my share of hotels through the years an I can definitely say this was hands down the most degrading treatment making me feel like a criminal I ever have been involved with. To add to it all my wife walked through with me at which point only a scowl/unfriendly stare was given, not once but twice coming through. But not all was lost as in the morning the receptionist as very accommodating and made us feel welcome while telling us to stay again. I guess if I average my evening and morning experience together it averages out but how sad to be so sour at your job. Thanks for letting me rant, I hope something positive comes from our experience

We loved the space in the suite. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed hot scrambled eggs for breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was great. The hotel was clean. The bathtub had some chips which was the only flaw in the condition of everything. It was a convenient location and great stay.

Absolutely one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed at. The clerk sent us to a room that was not cleaned, linen stripped and piled on the bedside table, desk and chair, and used bathroom. He thought it was a joke. The clerk working the next day, a rude girl who never said a word or made eye contact when I asked to rekey my room key, horrible mannerism. She should not be working in customer service because she doesn’t care.

A mixed bag - Positive: impressive mattresses, clean no-carpet floors, staff made an extra effort to recover something we left in the room. Negative - the heating / cooling wasn't working at all; confusion about the pre-paid while checking in; road noise. Will look for other options next time.

I had 8 rooms total, we got everyone settled in and i had 2 staff find bed bugs. Wasnt a super pleasant find especially with 8 adults with ID. They are refunding these 2 rooms thats probably the only good thing. Staff spent hours drying everything on high and then everything in all rooms went in trash bags so we didnt chsnce taking them to vehicles. Even tho we know what precautions to take it was a HUGE inconvenience. Front desk guy waa great, we even let him have some pizza at dinner!

I dont have pets, so this place was just a littledirty for us. If I had a pet I would give it 4 stars as I would expect it to have pet odor.

Great value, nice area. Size is a luxury all it’s own, and the rooms are ample. Actually like that rooms are not carpeted, as it seems more sanitary.

Needed some work as evident by a broken ice machine, a bad safety outlet in the bathroom snd a fan running in electric room off the lobby. Breakfast was a serious downer with very limited choice and even ran out of those before I left. Will say the place was clean and the staff friendly.

It was 33 degrees outside when I checked in. The heat in my room was completely turned off. The room was freezing cold. An hour later it’s still freezing cold even with the heat turned to high. There is only a roller shade on the window which allows all of the outside lights to shine straight into the room so I could not sleep. And people outside can see straight into the room - absolutely no privacy.

We loved our stay here. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great. Best hot shower I've had on our trip! Toiletries provided were nice.

I rented for 2 nights. Had to go get extra towels, shampoo although i stated when i rented there were 6 people. The room was either hot or cold. When we came in Saturday we had to reactivate our room keys. Several people at the front desk were rude. A lady trying to get into the room across the hall found her room occupied. This was unacceptable.

It was very clean. It was spacious and affordable. The breakfast was good too. The only minor problems which did not take from the overall experience was, we needed more pillows and the shower drainee very slowly. But when we asked for extra towels and sheets for the let out couch they were very accommodating. 4.5 out of 5 stars for us!

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Check in was slow, but only because front desk had been called away on a situation. The fee for the dog was acceptable. The breakfast actually had more than bird food, which was very nice.

The room was clean. It seemed like a safe area, we were only there for one night. The front desk lady,she was there around 12:30-1:00pm, was rude, she had a scowl on her face that made you not even want to talk to her. The lady in the evening was nice, even the lady keeping up the breakfast food was nice. The next morning the same mean and rude lady was the front desk.
