Spacious room comfortable bed clean and quiet just wish they could move it to down the hill view is beautiful but hill down to all the restaurants is down a very steep hill to steep for most people to walk other than that perfect we had to get back in car

Great experience. The front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. She explained all the amenities and directions to our room. The very clean And comfortable. We would stay here again.

Awesome brakfast, very clean, beds were comfy & Customer service was great. The only negative is that the hot tub was gross needs deep clean. Would recommend & stay again.

We were happy with our room. Newly remodeled, very clean. We were positioned by the elevators and ice machine so it was pretty noisy at 6:30am. One person actually cleaned out the ice machine filling his cooler as we could tell by the lengthy ice noise and his talking. Our fault as we checked in late and they probably only had this room left.

Good things happening in the hotel lobby - construction shows great improvements. It was nicely clean where they were working our room was new everything- nice Lots of outlets and lights. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The room was very nice, and worked perfectly for us. The breakfast was incredibly good. All in all, it was a good stay. The hotel, though, needs quite a bit of updating. The elevators are disgusting and the entrance area leaves much to be desired.

Everything was a 10/10 except for the hot tub I was never able to get in the hot tub because of 12 people were rude n stayed in for 5 hours straight , I would go down every 30 minutes still there I am very upset about that the hot tub was the reason we paid 150$ for a single night Very , disappointed after 2 hours any decent person is going to give someone else a turn but not these ppl.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Beds comfortable. I love all the amenities in the bathroom. It’s always nice when they provide a shower cap!

Nice people, but very expensive for what you get... The hotel isn't in great shape and needs an overhaul. Plus, the pricing is a bit magical. It changes from one day to another.

Great pillows. Wasn’t sure if one of the beds had an odd smell - maybe stale smoke? Used/wet washcloths found hanging from shower rod and inside (changeable) shower curtain didn’t seem too clean. Desk chair vinyl was all worn off on head rest. We’ve stayed here before (booked directly through Holiday Inn) and it was great, but not so much this time. For being a higher price than the other hotels in the area we expected a bit more. We might try one of the others next time.

This would have been a great stay except that the shower in our room was broken. We didn't notice until the morning. Thankfully, after we called, staff came right up to our room to give access to the empty room next door to shower. The breakfast was one of the better free ones I have had.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable, woman working breakfast was just the best! Front desk also. Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Shower was decent. It had good water pressure. We will stay here again.

Checking in was easy. We had dinner in town at Roosters and it wss good. Our room is really large and just what we need after a long day on the road.

I always love Holiday Inn Express! We stopped for the night and were greeted by a very lovely concierge. She allowed us to park in a place where we could keep an eye on our vehicle as we had our bikes attached. Breakfast was great! The kitchen manager was delightful and friendly. The location was quaint and quiet. All around great experience.

Very comfortable hotel with a great breckfast buffet. Close proximity to everywhere we needed to go. Only downside was the malfunctionng door door lock system which required a manager to let us in and out of our room the better part of the weekend.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The woman that ran the breakfast downstairs was wonderful, very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Couldn't ask for anything better.
