Our room was very clean,and spacious. Ed was co.fortable and breakfast was perfect. Definetly will reco.mend, and return.

Run down property. Fridge didn't work in our room, nor did the ice machine on our floor. Furnishings very banged up. Elevators were janky- one didn't even open onto the 2nd floor (button taped over with electrical tape) Room seemed clean, but just had an overall scuzzy vibe.

We could not check in since they couldn't find our confirmation. After a long conversation with Expedia who contacted the hotel, they eventually arranged a room for us. Quite stressful experience after a long drive from Canada.

Very clean hotel and one of the best morning breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Staff was very helpful! The indoor pool it a nice touch.

My problem was with Expedia. They said they had fixed my reservation. Got a confirmation on my phone but not on email. Fortunately I called the Hampton there was no reservation.

We reached there 1 hour before check in time. Messaged them few days before about that early arrival but never got any reply. After early arrival didn't allow us 1 hour early check in. It was hard to wait 1 hour in lobby coz receiptonist not allowing to sit and wait for check in comfortably. Kept saying they just cleaned the lobby area so need to sit in a specific area and can't move to other lobby area.

Great location off I-287 and I-80. Pool is nice, beds are comfortable and location is quiet. Breakfast also better than expected. Ideal for access to Parsippany, Mtn Lakes or Denville.

This is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at lately. The room was very spacious and clean when we arrived. Also one of the most comfortable beds as well. This will be a place we will use every time we travel up north.

The hotel is nice. We kept turning into the wrong entrance. The employees are very nice and Breakfast is great. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

I enjoyed the stay, breakfast was over at 10, but no hot food was left 10 minutes before. There is also no microwave in the room. Otherwise, great hotel, the front desk staff was nice. I would definitely stay there again. Be Blessed.

This was a pretty decent hotel. The biggest thing was there was only one elevator working and the other’s lobby button was broken, (it was fixed by the end of the night). Breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was legit. Excellent, friendly service. And the price was right.

Hampton Inn has been consistently satisfactory in the past. The coffee maker in the lobby didn't work, thus no coffee. Coffeemaker in room did not work. Breakfast choices dismal. Fruit was far from fresh. Only one serving spoon to be shared for eggs and homefries

Not sure how this hotel got lot of good ratings. Rooms are pretty old and rustic. Got a very bad smell after turning on heater. Waited 15 mins to clam down that smell.

My grandson love the waffles, and enjoy so much the pool...everything its very clean...we want to rent more days in the future

The friendliness and professionalism of Fernando at the front desk and the whole housekeeping staff made this a memorable stay. We were in and out of there in under 10 hours for Thanksgiving but the stay was just what we needed.

We just needed a place to sleep for the night and this worked perfectly. The staff was great. The only small issue was that while the shower water got warm, it never got hot. But all and all it was a good value and I'd stay again.

The room was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly and responsive and the free breakfast was ample. Very nice not to have to leave the property for a morning meal. Getting an Uber to go to daily destinations was always easy. Sometimes there was not enough hot water for a shower, especially in the evening, and getting around on foot near the property wasn't really possible due to lack of sidewalks and crosswalks.

We arrived late on a Newark flight, but our host Mary was friendly, hospitable and very welcoming when we checked in. Our stay was quiet and morning breakfast was excellent! Exactly what we needed after a long international flight.

I can in really late. The staff was nice and welcoming. Cannot say much about the facility. It definitely needs renovating but it served its purpose.

Nice facility, comfy bed, good air conditioning, nicely decorated. Check-in was very slow-not due to hotel personnel. I booked on my phone an hour earlier than we got to the hotel. The hotel staff were great at trying to "pull it up", and then the night manager called hotels.com and that didn't work. Finally the reservation popped up on the computer after we waited at least a half hour+. At breakfast, the waffle maker was full of burnt waffle mix. I used the other one, but there wasn't any spray for the mechanism, like most hotels. I did not see sugar free syrup for those of us who need it.
