We traveled across the country the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable.
We were traveling with a dog and it was very easy. The breakfasts were nothing to write home about but they were ok. On par with everything else out there unless you jump up a couple of classes of hote

We enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn express. The staff was very friendly and had our room ready a little early. It was a clean and organized hotel. We checked out the pool and hot tub but neither was tempting enough to make us use those amenities. The hot tub looked a little yellow-ish. The actual room was clean and spacious. The breakfast options were okay - typical for a buffet - but very clean and well kept. Overall it was a good stay. Though the sofa bed was miserable - even for my daughter.

Our room was as beautiful as any in which I have stayed, including The Four Seasons and The Ritz Carleton. I first stated in Holiday Inns when the chain was newly conceived in the ‘50s. The staff was warm, responsive, and accommodating in every way. I would like to see microwavable safe cups. I did not know it was possible to make worse oatmeal.

We booked a pet friendly room but then we were charged a pet fee. Our dog had a minor accident that we cleaned up but then we were charged an exorbitant "extra cleaning fee" without any communication from the hotel via phone or email.

Front desk is very curt. Telephone in rooms did not work, consider that a safety feature. Remote to TV was missing.
Replacement was brought up, but that one was intermittent. We gave up as we couldn't contact front desk and we were in our night clothes. Front desk could not let us know charge for our room since we booked through third party, Expedia. Do not recommend this hotel and we will never stay there again!

big room and clean linens. Friendly staff and convenient to the Highway.
Cons:
air conditioning was either on full blast or off since the thermostat didn’t work. Switching the unit off made the room too hot and running it was very noisy. So either way, not a great sleep. No fan in the bathroom either which wasn’t ideal when showering.

Had a nice stop in Rock Spri gs as we headed west. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast service was friendly in the morning. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Very disappointed…. We booked because of the high guest rating and the fact it had a hot tub. The room smelled bad. Very musty and mildew like. The tub didn’t drain…. Gross to stand in water while you shower. The bathroom did not have a fan…. Which probably contributed to the water vapor smells. The hot tub was closed as well. Lastly the beds were hard as a rock. For $200 plus a night there have to be better places to stay.

if you love super soft beds - that is the place to go. Unfortunately me and my family all woke up with super back pain and could not sleep anymore.
Furthermore the breakfast is really not anymore what holiday inn was serving.
On the other hand the staff was super friendly and hotel is clean.
