Manager not so friendly, they had to check im not local, and my girlfriend because we drove 2 different rides to meet there, next day manager comes into my room hours before i checked out, and the room service comes in to. While i was still sleeping. And they wouldnt late me do late check out because i was trying to decide to stay in town for another night. Saying they already have someone book in that room for the night and seem like there was like 4 others staying there the night before and 100s other rooms available. I wont be going back there anytime soon, but rooms were great, other staff were nice. Was told i was goong to get my breakage deposit back when i check out, days later i still havemt got anything back, tried calling motel my its not going through, saying number im calling is not in service. Stupid!

We were a little disappointed because we got a suite with multiple rooms specifically so our kids could watch something on their TV while we watched something on ours. Of the 3 TVs in our suite, only 1 worked. When I asked the front desk for help, they suggested unplugging it and plugging it in (which I was unable to do).

Only thing is the parking. It fills up fast and the parking in the back is unattended

The Hotel is in a very good location. Close to the Mall, Restaurant's, and the Movie Theater's. The Breakfast was also very good.

Property was clean, however furniture is outdated and carpet was dirty.

Asked for a room that had not had pets in it (severe allergies). Was assured upon check-in the room had never had pets in it. Room smelled like a dog pound.
As I was leaving a used condom was on the ground right by my vehicle door in parking lot. Do Not stay here.

Awesome stay. Sweet staff, and perfect hours for breakfast, and pool. Just wished the curtains in the room covered more for more privacy, and maybe the hallways could be brighter.

I traveled all day and arrived late but the greetings from the desk clerk was very welcoming. she was a very nice individual. Everything was clean and the check-in was quick.

The a/c was loud and kept me awake. Also, internet was hard to access.

The room was extremely small and tight. The entire floor was wet around the a/c unit. The first room we were in had a very loud squeaking noise that would come on after flushing the toilet. It did turn off after the first 2 uses on the 3rd it remained on. I did ask to be moved which turned into a huge ordeal because of booking thru a 3rd party. The room we were moved to was extremely small. The front desk lady would not give us another blanket. Our room was freezing, I was cold all night. Last, there was a dog that would bark periodically through out the night. We won’t be staying here again.

If you are looking for the nicest hotel in the “best” area of Farmington, this is your place. The rooms are spacious, the staff are very friendly, and you feel for a moment that you aren’t staying in the boring, depressing land that is Farmington. Highly recommend!

This was my first time staying in the Marriot suites. I really liked it a lot and I love that they had things for the kitchen, even crockpots if you needed it. I will definately stay again. Also thank you room service! much appreciated

With crutches was hard to maneuver around. With no bathrm cups, lack of seating, no mirror in bedrm-hallway, for 3 people. Was a bit too tight of space, no vents in bathroom,

The hotel room was clean. There was old dishes that had broken pieces. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat that was completely not bolted on. Overall the room and service was good, but I didn't appreciate the bathroom issues and the overall quality of the dishes.

The front desk personnel were nice and had a smile. Very welcoming. Not all doors into the building were working. Card reader was malfunctioning. I had to walk to the other side of the building in order to gain entry to building.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was also very quiet, so I was actually able to sleep which is very unusual for me at a hotel.

Staff was unprofessional, and very rude. And treated us like we were an inconvenience, With the exception of one guy who was on at the night shift. But I will never stay here again

My kids and i enjoyed everything about the property. We had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and much needed.

The staff was great! However, we booked this property hoping to use the pool and hot tub which weren't available when we arrived and for the last half of our stay. Also, the studio room did not look like the picture we booked. The room was much smaller without much counter space in the kitchen.

This is our go-to hotel in Farmington. We've stayed there dozens of times. The bed was uncomfortable, with a big depression in the middle of the mattress - like you were going to fall in a hole. Housekeeping did not service our room on the first day. The front desk staff were quick to apologize and bring fresh towels, so not too big of a deal. In all, it was okay, but not as good as we've come to expect.
