Had to wait a bit to check in and out.

Room smelled a little funny, like an odd cleaner or something. Overall was clean and quiet. Good for a bed and shower. The woman who did check-in and check-out was very friendly.

The AC did not work and kept cutting off. Also the refrigerator has a loud buzzing noise that would not stop.

The room was clean. The parking lot was very bright! The Jacuzzi tub was nice. The pillows were some of the thickest, firmist pillows I have ever seen. The room was in need of repairs. The towel racks were falling of the wall and I don't think the shower had any cold water. But there was plenty of hot water for the tub!! The tub clean too. (I ran a clean cycle before we used it.) It was convenient to Cuyahoga National Park. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very close to Blossom Music Center that we attended for a concert.

It's a little dated, but the property and room were clean and well maintained. Front desk lady was very friendly. Breakfast is packaged muffins and such (which is stated in the description), and a nice selection was provided. We only stayed one night, but was pleased with the value for the amount we paid. I would definitely stay here again. It's also very convenient to Blossom Music Center.

Clean, large room with microwave, mini fridge, updated bathroom…. And to our great delight, reading lights on both sides of the bed. Lots of TV channels. Breakfast minimal…..only hot drink was caffeinated coffee and only packaged muffins and pastries to eat.

Rooms were clean and nice for the price. Nothing fancy, but good for a quiet night and close enough to restaurants to walk.

For what you pay you cant really be to dissapointed. Breakfast included muffins and Honeybuns put out on the counter no juice or even coffee. Our room included the jacuzzi. No extra towels were provided.The pillows are rock hard and the bedding a bit itchy. Some improvements could be made everything is extremely outdated.

Very polite staff

Extremely clean, simply decorated motel. Fridge and micro in spacious rooms. We had a problem with a worn blanket and the office immediately replaced and was very apologetic. Parking convenient and coffee in the morning in the office. Great 2 night stay. Thank you!

No wifi. Very worn and dated. But ok for a one night, quick stay.

It was old and needed updating

This place is a gem! Super clean and the deepest bathtub I've ever had the pleasure of soaking in 😄 We would absolutely stay here anytime!

The room was ready early as we arrived in town early. Loved the privacy and the excellent staff. Will definately be a repeat customer!

Clerk was awesome

The rooms are old, run down, linens were worn out and need to be replaced. shower/tub was not so clean. It’s definitely a place where “you get what you pay for!” Stayed one night and one night only.

Very fair price, and a great operation for the asking price. Not dirt cheap, but very affordable, and way more quality than most hotels in this price range. The family runs a tight ship, well maintained, no hint of noisy, or problem guests.

Basic but clean room, comfortable bed, but despite it a being a non -smoking room, it had and slightly stale smoky smell to it; could use some refreshing

The room had a terrible smell. My son took me there to drop me off. he did not want me to stay there because of the foul odor. When he was waiting in the parking lot a man came up to him and spoke stangely. I did not feel comfortable there. I would like to be reimbursed.

Conveniently located

I would give this place negative stars if I could. We showed up at 3pm which is the regular check in time. They gave us the key card for our room and when we walked in it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were dirty towels and blankets everywhere. So I went back to the office and they gave us a different room but it had a substantially smaller bathtub than I paid for, I paid for the jacuzzi suite. So we went back to the office again and he said he wouldn’t be able to have the room cleaned for 2 hours?! Why advertise a 3pm check in if the rooms aren’t clean by then? So we had to wait and just drive around until we could get into our room, we had 530p dinner reservations and I had to rush to get ready. When we went to pick up our key at 5, we stood there while we was on hold with someone because he didn’t know how to charge one of the other customers for their room? And all he had to do was slide the new key under the window but we had to stand and wait while he was getting tech support. Then the room itself was so run down, broken door handles on the bathroom, peeling paint, condensation dripping from the ceiling, remote was broken etc. I will never stay there again.

Check in process was quick. However, the air conditioner/ heating unit was running on and off while in the off position, so we had to unplug it. We stayed on a Friday and went to bed about 11:30 pm. We were called twice because of a noise complaint, while we were listening to music at a completely acceptable level. We are always respectful to others when traveling. If it was later in the night, I could understand. We did not receive a Wi-Fi password.
