Run down and not clean. Disappointing because it looked like the bedding wasn't even changed from the last guest. I stayed here one night, slept, showered and outta there. If you're staying longer than one night look elsewhere.

I have stayed here before and have been completely happy with the Motel but the room they gave me this time was definitely in need of cleaning. Parts of the room were falling apart and it had a damp smell around the bed. 3 out of 5 stars at best.

There were stains on the sheets and towels upon arriving and the toilet was dirty as well. There was also construction on the second day there so it was noisy. The walls are super thin so you could hear the next door neighbors and upstairs. The parking had its own place but i wouldn't recommend taking anything bigger than a sedan. The staff was nice and helpful though.

Bad service. Towels were dirty and no clean ones were provided. Children were constantly crying even being abused by parents. During check out the process wasn’t even done properly. Bad service overall.

The guy that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I got to my room and it was NOT AS ADVERTISED. I reserved a king deluxe, which was described as having a sitting area with comfy leather lounge-type chairs. When I saw that my room did not have these features, I went to the front desk where a different employee greeted me. I explained the situation and he basically just shrugged and mumbled something about there was nothing he could do about it. Then I mentioned that the WiFi would not support my devices needed to do my work. This time he became argumentative trying to say something about they have “many routers” and it must be MY equipment. Now, I’m quite tech savvy and I also have very good, new equipment. Knowing that I wouldn’t be able to argue my way into a refund, I had no choice but to go elsewhere to complete my work. The only saving grace was that my smartphone did get the WiFi. The room itself was clean but the exterior was disgusting. I mean just spend the money and give the stairs and walkways a good power washing. The mini fridge stopped working and the freezer ice melted all over. There’s a 7/11 next door so that was convenient. I think the elevator had a turd in it. Maybe that’s proof that it’s pet friendly.

The front desk person was friendly. I had a non smoking room and the blanket on the bed had cigarette burns all over it. The area around the outside of the hotel had dog poop all around it making smell bad and hard to walk my dog, its unfortunate because the area is nice.

Over all it was good, customer service was super friendly. First night was good second night had questionable people around but it’s a motel 6 so you get what you get. No deposit required either so that was super nice.

The man who was on the phone Im sure it was the owner he is Arabian. So rude for no reason I called previously and spoke to a woman I asked if I can check in early. Check in was originally scheduled for 2pm she said she would call me back if a room opened up. I decided to call again a man answered I explain to him that I was trying to check in early, if not OK he said the Taylor swift concert is on we are booked and I said yes I have a reservation that’s supposed to be ready at 2pm he said no you have to wait for 3pm I’m like I’m literally almost there already it’s like 1:47pm he said to bad the room is not ready what do you want me to do ma'am I will cancel your room right now I’m like no I was just trying to ask about the reservation the app says 2pm again do you want me to cancel your reservation. Right after the lady I spoke to calls me and is like your room is ready. What was the reason for him being so rude on the phone towards me ? I booked my reservation over a month ago. Also we went to ask about ice and the ice machine is broken
