This hotel was very nice! It was especially clean and the service was terrific!

Our stay was remarkable in many ways with very little complain about. That being said,there was two problems that require attention ASAP! The room had a western city view.,that was enjoyable! It however made the room extremely HOT in the afternoon!!! When preparing for a evening out sweating is not welcome no way no how!!! The number two problem is that the room’s lighting was extremely soft. While cozy sometimes it was not what was needed all the time. When the curtain could be open it was tolerable.

The hotel was very nice the only issue I had was that I booked online to pay at the hotel and a few hours before check in my card was ran and it declined so I called and the lady at the front desk told me that basically they were going to be busy that night and anyone whose card didn't go through they would cancel the room at check in time so I had to give her my card number over the phone to guarantee booking and thats ridiculous Ive never had to do that before if I chose the option to pay at the hotel because I could have been paying in cash so that would be my reason for not staying at this hotel again

The employees didn't greet with a smile and were not welcoming.There was a constant banging, rattlling boom sounds all night from something mechanical at the hotel. The floors were uneven

My main issue was i reserved a suite the morning of my reservation i was called and told that my room was gonna be unavailable due to a situation with the air and the only thing available was a standard room with 2 queen beds

Check in was miserable. Took forever to get the system to accept my payment method, after transferring from one bank card to another, incurring transfer fees for having to move funds. My child was exhausted and it took 20 minutes to get a room.
The next day my key didn’t work and I had to wake my daughter up to go downstairs and get a new key.

I did not receive the room I booked due to overbooking. I did not receive any compensation for the loss of the Suite. The queen bed was comfortable and the room was nice.

The experience was decent overall. The room was clean for the most part. There are a couple things that could have been addressed but it was nothing to terrible. You are in the vicinity of a number of eateries.

We would not stay here again. The entire room needed a deep clean, especially the bathroom. We not sleep well because the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows are old and the size of square sofa throw pillows. The lobby had an overwhelming smell of chemicals. The one plus was the front desk staff were friendly. We left after one night.

Hidden pet fee! I booked this property under the assumption that it was pet friendly and, like other LaQuintas, there was no additional fee. WRONG! I had to pay an additional $25 for my 14 year old 13 pound Malteese pup. Plus, the TV would not get local channels and no one available to help

When i came in to check in, i had to use the rest room. After i came out the lady told me the restroom was broken. Then why was it accessible to the public? Then i came into my room and had to wait almost 20 minutes for the manager to fix my tv. The tub is dirty.

Couldn’t help with unhooking of 1 reserved room. I asked for credit, but they said they couldn’t do it and that I would have to go through hotels.com. I tried but couldn’t find a living talking agent!!

The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is the same daily, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Check in was easy.

Very nice room. I liked the heavier blanket on the bed. Wish a second one was available for those of us who are chilly while others in room are hot.

Looked clean from outside but once you enter the building, you get hit with this aweful smell of some chemical. Breakfast was horrible. Cold eggs, cold potatoes, so few options and you had to keep asking for coffee refill. When they brought it out, it tasted horrible. Heat was turned low, had to crank it to 78 before we could fee some heat. Highly not recommended.

Price was good. Location was good. Evening staff was good.
Morning staff poor. Sausage and eggs were tepid and the potatoes were ice cold and hard. The decaf coffe carafe was empty. We were there at the breakfast start 6 AM. Front desk staff was unattentive to the problems.

Breakfast was consistently good all 3 days of our stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Nice pool, keep in mind it's unheated. Was not a problem for us.
Best ice machine I've ever used at a hotel with small ice cubes.

Bathroom sink stopper was broken
Sink drain item was broken
Shower didn't get that hot and leaked out side of the pipe
Room carpet was very dirty, especially around both beds

1. Upon entering the room, I went to the bathroom to shower and noticed black hair all over the bathroom floor. Upon leaving for an event, I asked the lady at the front desk to have them to sweep/mop my bathroom. However, when I returned it was in the same condition.
2. Bath tub needs to be replaced, it appears to be sinking in and there is no leverage, this is a safety concern, as you can't level your feet when shower.
3. Had issues with the elevator, a couple of times when pressing the floor number, the elevator would not move. Exited to take the other elevator.

This is my third stay here. Always friendly staff, quite clean, and conveniently located to stores (i.e. Target, Walmart, etc.), restaurants and bars, and to the interstate. Highly recommend.

I had some trouble parking due to other over size vehicles, some with utility trailers taking up limited parking spaces
