We needed to stay overnight in Naha and this was close to the car rental company. The hotel was fine for our purposes. They offer free drinks at night so it’s a nice gesture.

A very conveniently located, just steps away from the touristic Kokusai Dori and a easy walk from monorail station. It's a petit artistic hotel will small but clean rooms. The buffet breakfast was very good and give you an opportunity to savor various Okinawan food. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They know what customer-service is all about. Would not recommend for a long stay as the rooms are quite small but highly recommended for a short stay to walk around the area.

The staffs are very kind and helpful. Hotel property needs improvement. Hall way had some trash and air conditioning system was leaking to the floor. The food was good, but I hoped to see western food, even simple meal such as eggs and bread.

Front Desk staff is outstanding and focused on customer delight. Received us with smile, assisted in sightseeing logistics, other guidance. When we had problem with an uncomfortable bed the duty manager immediately took care and gave us another room which was very comfortable. Evening duty manager and staff were extremely helpful as well.

Very nice small hotel. Typical for Japanese sizing. I really appreciated the 24 hour beverage bar and eco friendly service in handling our laundry while not disrupting us inside the room. Centrally located near Kokusai Street. Would definitely stay there again.

very convenient location in Kokusai-dori. It is only 10 mins by monorail and a 6 mins walk from the airport. The hotel does not have a parking lot. Even though the hotel offers discount to park in 24 hours parking lots nearby, free re-entry after leaving the parking lots is not allowed. Therefore, please take it to your consideration if you plan to have a rental car. The room is smaller than expected.

Great location for accessing the most crowded area of Okinawa. But no parking area provided, discount is provided for the parking lot next to the hotel. Room is so small, can’t even fit in two luggages. The best part is 24 hours WBF coffee lounge, was a good experience in this lounge.

The location of the hotel is very good. The room is a little bit small, but the shower room area is quite large. The receptionists are very helpful. The cafe provide 24 hours free tea and coffee self-service. However, the option for the breakfast is limited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The only problem ia car park as hotel only offer discounted parking ticket. 720Yen for overnight parking if it is full by the time you come back at night. It is 40min. base parking which make it inconvenience if you plan to go in and go out as they would charge you 200Yen every 40min.

Poor attitude of front desk staff except for Mr Huang who was both helpful and professional. Smelly bathroom and no Wi-Fi at first . Had to move to another room. Thin walls. Erratic housekeeping.

Hotel is very Kokusai Dori and lots of restaurants and souvenir shops, even there is drug store opposite this hotel which you can claim tax refund.
