Everything was so dirty (walls, doors, light fixtures, etc.) I felt gross sleeping at that hotel, never again. I question the star rating as this isn’t uncleanliness from one previous client however long term neglect, I’ve stayed at much cleaner and nicer hotels with a lower star rating🤔

We booked at the last minute and received excellent service. They reached out when there was an issue with the booking. They greeted us kindly, everything was easy, convenient and clean. We walked to the water, a brewery, dinner and breakfast.

We had problems with the parking (there is a gate but it was open, no place to park), the shower was irregular, we had problems with the electric plugs, a lot were not working, coffee machine was defect... it was expensif for poor quality

I love the place. I travel a lot for my business and this is by far the best one. I had to stay again in Rimouski because of the storm I could not go back home and with this kind of room I could relax. Thank you

Very friendly front desk person who greeted us so kindly but we had no towels in the room and the place needs an update. But it is centrally located and so easy to get to everything.

Floors were sticky and in bad shape. Window coverings not good enough, it was day at 5 am in the room. Old busted furniture. Elevator small and slow. No service at all. Parking said no smart or fiat and thats unacceptable in 2022, i wont go back i felt in a haunted house

The rooms werr very spacious with a great decor and up yo date ammrnities. The kitchenette had everything 2 people needed and washroom was berautiful including separate high tub huge walkin shower and smart toilet seat.

The location is great - central, across from the boardwalk along the river. The staff is fantastic, but it would be nice to not have to walk outside with bags once you check in to take the elevator to your room. Also, the parking lot (yay - free parking) is gravel and dirt, which in the middle of a spring melt meant puddles.

The Hotel Le Saint Germain is a hidden gem in Rimouski. It was an apartment building converted to hotel. Our room had a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, Nespresso machine etc. We enjoyed our meal at a hotel across the street, free parking and comfortable beds.

We have now used this hotel (formerly an apartment building) several times, always for a one night stopover. The best thing about le St Germain is its location near multiple.restaurant options in downtown Rimouski. Most if not all rooms here have kitchenettes of varying capacity. Our simple one had a microwave and mini-fridge, but no stove top. But, it also had dishes for about 4 people which was helpful for our takeout dinner during the COVID19 pandemic. Because it was once apartments, the rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable with a lot of open floor space. The furnishings and room decor are fairly modern because it is a relatively young hotel operation. The value is pretty good. Free outdoor parking. Front desk always pretty friendly. No additional hotel services (pool, restaurant) directly on site.

The entrance to the hotel looked a little sketchy but the hotel room was A1. Staff were very nice. Would recommend this hotel.
