The staff was wonderful. Juan went out of his way to make me feel safe and comfortable since I was traveling by myself. The property was clean and quiet. There was a restaurant right across the street which was very convenient. Thanks again Juan for your hospitality.

The only thing we did not like were the noises at night like some one was banging on iron over and over and then there were noises in our room like someone hitting the walls. I even called in about it to the office. Two women traveling alone and we were concerned. We will stay again because it’s convenient to our visiting place. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers but no big deal we had our own. We had to go get our own towels and Maite bath tissue from front desk but that was also not a big deal. The place was clean and good beds.

I send an email to have upper management contact me and please don't have the disrespectful rude Juan call. We have not received a call. We lost our key went to front desk to ask for key well it just happen that they could not give us a key because they had registered someone else they should us how our room with our stuff in there was registered under someone else name... Lost shirts-cleaning lady had returned to front desk but were lost.. By order of Mr. Juan because we ask for a quote for the salon and did get it, we are not allowed to stay there anymore... And if we reserve online we will lose our money... That Juan guy threatening to call the police which we said please do ... He was trying to provoke into fighting doing signs with his 👊 fist saying he wanted to fight 😡. And many more things ... Of course we won't be coming back ... Other then this guy the rest of the staff was nice and respectful and helpful We are looking into this with officials

It was a good property for the price. The room was nice. The shower was not great (pressure wise) other than that it’s decent.

Hello , To whomever it may concern I honestly don't have much complaint about the premises the room was okay it wasn't bad it wasn't the best but as I said it was okay. You know one of the things that makes any experience whichever it is that makes it a perfect stay or a perfect experience is always customer service. The person in charge at the reception desk I honestly feel has no experience with customer service I think I did a very good job by not lashing out at him the person up front by the name of Juan Wisconsin trying to educate me on how the hotel industry work and operated. I tried multiple times telling him I did not really care how that worked it wasn't none of my concern all I wanted was a room. He constantly would come back with smart remarks about how the industry worked and that how he was very experienced in the hotel industry and that where he worked and other places he worked I told him I didn't want to find out that was not my business all I wanted to do was to stay in the room and be left alone that's all I wanted it got to the point where he kept trying to inform me how the hotel industry worked and I told him stop I don't want to find out I don't care about it it was none of my business where he worked what he did all I want him to do was to charge me give me a receipt and let me go about my way he ended up telling me that he was informing me so that I wouldn't have these problems at other hotels and I told him that's none of my concern it's none of my b

This place was very dirty and the staff was rude Eric I guess he was the property manager he was very unprofessional with a ugly attitude we didn't even stay we left and he refused to give us a refund

Honestly, the only thing nice about the room was the A/C. The waste basket was being used to catch the condensate dripping from the condenser, the bathtub had a soft spot with a crack, so there’s no telling where the water is going. The mattress was coming apart at the seams. A wobbly table with one chair.

Room not ready, the room was dirty sheets dirty I have to wait 2 hours to check in don’t recommend to no body sorry .
