Nice reception area, excellent gym facilities, good size suite room and excellent surrounding facilities with malls, F&B etc., but unfortunately that is where the positives end. The room came with unclean floors and bathroom had urine stains on the toilet seat. Best of all, room comes with guests in the form of cockroaches. Other points include unsecured safe, overheating kettle, an iron from the 60's and not all elevators working correctly.
Overall, this is an old hotel with no good upkeep, housekeeping or management. It is the only hotel in Eastwood area so looks like I will have to bear with traffic and stay further out of the area for future.

It’s actually my second stay here and it didn’t disappoint me. The staff are very nice at what they do thru and thru.

The first room assigned to me has a broken toilet bowl cover and dirty. The paint is chipping and the metal were rusted. When I was moved to another room the toilet bowl cover got easily removed. I complain but was told that most of the room was like that. I just gave up and accept the room as I’m only sleeping a night. I will not recommend this hotel and will avoid this like a plague.

The area was nice with a big mall and lots of food options very close. The staff was amazing and I was impressed by their hospitality. If I need to be in that area again I will definitely stay here.

I developed upper respiratory infection due to the room is too dirty. Seems like the room ive got has been vacant for a long time and hasnt been cleaned. The floor too dirty and dusty nd smell old, muggy and moldy. My friend developed severe allergy reaction with neck and eyes itchy.

Been here a few years ago property under going renovations. Room was clean and updated nice. Wifi signal
was spotty and not very good, hot water temp in the bath was luke warm and bfast Buffett offering was minimal at best. Stayed there a few years ago and much better selections and offerings.

The property is dated and needs renovation of guest rooms. The carpet in our room is stained. Staff are nice and friendly. Easy to get transportation. 30 minutes ride to Bonifacio Global City. Located in Eastwood; a nice dining and shopping destination.

The room is outdated and the bathroom is not thoroughly cleaned. Looks like the room was not used for a long time. A little dusty and smell like an old closet. The fridge didn’t get cold that much. The breakfast buffet was good not that impressive not that much choices and expensive for a $700 additional guest especially for a 13 yr old. The staff are exeptional! Very accomodating and polite. Shout out to Mr. Rod dela Cruz ( i hope i got his name right). I think he was the supervisor on duty that time. Otherwise, we’ll come back to Richmond Eastwood. The location is perfect. A lot of things to see. A lot of restaurants and stores. The 2 Catholic churches are both walking distance and a plus!!

Im so disappointed on how filthy this hotel is. I found a ball of hair in the room. The bath tub is not draining so i called the front desk. All the maintenance guy did was to drain it but when I took a shower again, the same thing happen. So the maintenance guy came back and remove the cover. He said that he is waiting fot the new parts as they are having this problem.
Why on earth the hotel still placing guest on this room. Thank God i am only staying for 1night.
The AC took 2 to 3 hours to cool the whole room.
What a terrible experience.
I will not recommend anybody to stay here.

2nd Time staying in this hotel. We're very Satisfied with the location,Safety and Staff. However, I need to break down this review from just OK to Above and Beyond.
Staff: Above and beyond. Specifically Leo - Head of the Security. He feels us welcome. Always there, He is on time when he's needed .
Promptness of Service: FOREVER. Long wait if you need something. Minimum wait time is 30 minutes so better order you essentials day before or stock up.
Attention to Details: Food takes long to come too.
By the way one time I ordered an American breakfast and told them Specifically what i want. They never got it right until the last day of our stay. (Funny thing is that they gave me a champrado! For American breakfast!)

Accommodation: Pillows are Horrible,old and stained.
Try folding the pillow and if it doesn't go back. ITS TIME TO REPLACE!
Stiff neck and Headache the whole 2 wks. Not relaxing at All! Always waking up every 2hrs .
Little tiny Bugs are present in our room as well.
Hidden charges: Hotel phone: they will charge you for local calls and it's not disclosed in the room policies. So be aware.

The room was good, they gave me a one bedroom suite with all the usual amenities.
The check in process was horrible though. It took me 40 minutes and it wasn’t even a very busy hour. I hope they fix this soon.

Our stay did not include breakfasts because we were told we go our reservations from Expedia agency. We were to purchase our own food . ( fine). However the room order phone does not answer at all. The hotel is seriously under staff. I know second day I have to ask my family to bring us food because it we were actually starving We were told to change our own bedding I complained and so the night supervisor came and changed our bedding the following day,. We were charged $350 for three days today when I made my reservation at Expedia it was $70 per day. I definitely will discourage friends and family who are looking for a quarantine place here in the Philippines .

It's not worth for your money. Definitely not a 4 star should be 2 star. Not properly maintained, corridors stink as so the rooms. We kept on spraying alcohol to disinfect our room and everytime we open the door for room service. Not recommended

Tha buildup is a little old and some water damage. Building has settled and rooms are affecred.

The staffs are not well trained maybe, mosquitoes inside and the shower room was terrible, the restaurant is not that bad, but after 2nd days they gave us a terrible coffee(an instant tasted).
