Location was quite good. However, it's the 1st time that i came across a hotel that does not provide bottled drinking water in the room

Hotel needs some updates and maintenance.

Really clean, comfy bed and good service. Air-con good but a little noisy. Good shower. Basement access direct to shops and mrt.

The hotel near shopping mall and train station, convenience to travel about. The room floor was dusty.

My children are disappointed because the pool is closed

We were greeted by Andreanna who checked us in to wonderful room on the top floor. The room was clean and elegant with a fabulous view. All staff were helpful and polite. There was even direct access to the Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) from the hotel basement.

Excellent service and staying above shopping mall and MRT. Club room has access to Lounge and was provided cocktail evening.

Been staying at this property since launch.
Rooms are generally well maintained except for the blinds and the rugs.
Convenient location with many food and shopping options near by.
2 best reason why we kept coming back (definitely not the price) is the fantastic service and the free parking.
Shout out to the manager, Mr Brandon Lim, who really took care of our needs and request during our 4 days stay.
Will definitely return to this home away from home for the fantastic service.

Room was ok but air con was noisy at night told front desk but no action was taken the next day

Taking a long time during check in and check out. Good location, very easy to go to mrt station walk through underpass.

The location is it's strongest point, since it's right in the center if the island. There's also a MRT metro station, plus several malls a hop skip away connected via a tunnel. Hotel room is showing some wear and tear, and quite basic outfitted. Housekeeping isn't doing a great job in the bathroom, and generally seem to be late . Service is alright , with the check in staff being the stars.

Very nice hotel with shopping mall and food options next door. Conveniently situated with direct link to Novena station in basement.
Nice swimming pool in hotel although very cold even hot tub was luke warm.
Generally friendly staff we would stay here again.

The hotel was beautifully maintained, clean and directly accessible to the subway line. The room was bright, had comfortable beds, a good shower and fluffy towels. The only issue I had was that the rooms were icy cold and changing the temperature on the airconditioning didn't make much difference.

The underground access to the shopping mall and MRT is great, especially when it rains or it's too hot outside.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and quite spacious.

It was exactly what I needed for my first time in Singapore. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and always clean. The room was the perfect size for 1-2 people. And it is so close to the MRT (Singapore Metro). Definitely staying here again!

Location was great but there were a few things wrong with the room. 1) the bathroom sink was shallow and the water from the tap splashed everywhere, first time I used it I got the front of my tee all wet 2) found a piece of broken glass on the ledge above my head where I was sleeping. Had visions of it falling on my face all night! 3) the bed was very comfy but the pillows were super high. They didn’t have a soft option when i asked. Had to use a folded up bath towel, wasn’t a good night’s sleep.

Check in was not proper, I checked in at about 4pm and the room was not ready. Need improvement here.
Drains need some works though (clocked sink)
But overall hotel is fine. Room is good, location is good and close to MRT

The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and of average quality. Hours are limited. Fortunately there are plenty of good food options available very close .

It is very convenient, has its own underpass to Novena MRT Station. Marmalade Pantry only serve buffet breakfast but sometimes guests may just want a piece of toast and coffee. Paid for two twin beds but given one single king, even though it was clearly specified two twin beds.

I got to the hotel at 1.58p. Peak check-in time. There was already a huge line at check-in with one man seemingly taking up 1 of 2 clerks time. A 3rd came on but by them two other parties had taken up quite a bit of time. I had walked an hour from Chinatown. There was a couple there with a baby that got so frustrated the husband wanted to cancel with no penalty. Their baby was crying, there were now more people behind me in line. It was chaos. I asked what the problem was and the man had wanted to change floors. The correct response would have been to politely tell him that this was going to take a while and could he move aside whilst she attended to the chaotic scene. Or wait in his room and she would call him when she had a solution. I got to my room at 2.25p. Just as I put my bag down, it started to rain. Had I been checked in in a timely manner, I would have gotten a quick swim in the pool. Which was my main reason for staying there, teh second being I stayed at the Oasia downtown when it first opened and it was excellent. Ive never seen anything like it. The bathroom wasn't in great shape and the toilet ran quite a bit randomly. I could hear sounds like toilets being flushed from upstairs. Then the buffet breakfast was very expensive for the poor quality and lack of choice. The Park Royal Pickering was only $8 the day before and was THE best buffet breakfast I'd ever had. Then when I went up to the room and when I shut the door something fell. Ceiling or wall plaster.

I have been coming to this hotel for years. I love it! The service, staff and location are perfect !

The hotel's prime location, directly connected to the train station (MRT) and close to shopping centres, was undeniably a major plus. The abundance of eateries and restaurants nearby made dining options diverse and easily accessible.
However, one noticeable drawback was the peculiar height of the toilet. It seemed elevated, possibly to accommodate taller individuals without them feeling cramped in the tiny space. Unfortunately, this design choice made it quite uncomfortable for shorter guests like myself. Sitting on the toilet felt oddly high and uncomfortable, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.
In summary, if you prioritise location and accessibility, Oasia Novena offers a prime spot with numerous conveniences. Yet, the unconventional toilet height might pose an issue for guests who are shorter in stature. Despite this quirk, the hotel's proximity to transportation and dining options makes it a viable choice for those seeking convenience in their stay.

Stayed in the Executive Room with access to the Lounge. The room was basic and even with the air con turned off, there was a buss throughout the night. It didn't bother my husband but I did have ear plugs so that helped. I'm suffer from coelic and the hotel was informed in advance. Initially, The Executive Lounge didn't cater for this but downstairs breakfast team eventually got the message. Also, gin & tonic was only available once in The Lounge after that they had none! The Executive Lounge does have a lovely pool and hot tub area. The Novena N/S train is under the B3 of the hotel. Very handy. Very clean. There is a shopping area by the train station, which is handy.

Don't think to book or recommend this Oasia Hotel Novena in future. There are inserts on the room desk and with some smell for both rooms (booking 2 rooms).
Staff: some are alright but some need to go for training again (poor management).
In addition, our booking is One month ago. Hotel is offering the bed be King Bed for each room only. So, we assume this is King Bed room and request for same floor and giving one month time to arrange. At the end, the two rooms are arranged in the different floor. Hence, make the request and remind the request. However, the staff just answered this is your request. If you want, can try to search now. Finally, the rooms can be same floor but single bed and with inserts / dirty desk. Is it a quality services? Is it fair and reasonable services??
We booked the 2 rooms by one month ago and Paid The Full Amount at the same time after booking (SGD871.00) for one month ago. The request is same floor only.
It seems the Staff showing / answering: this is your request and we will base on the room availability to arrange. Please understand that: this is one month in advance booking and payment is collected.
In addition, during this one month, there are no news / update from the hotel.
Anyway, the staff is on behalf of the hotel for poor services and the rooms are dirty and never experienced this before either in Singapore or Overseas (other countries)

Nice hotel friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on top floor with very large window. MRT transport right under the hotel. Easy access to everything.

No real appreciation of gluten free diet.
Picture advertising pool is a con.
Can only access from premium rooms.
They only have one type of pillow, too hard.

The Good- The location is fantastic. Being right above the Novena MRT station is a huge bonus and makes getting around so easy. There is lots of food in the area and you don't need to brave the heat or rain to get something to eat. For that reason alone I would consider staying there in the future.
The Bad - The hotel rooms are quite dated and beginning to show their age. We had to change rooms due to a rattling AC, flickering lights and blinds that were ripped and letting light in. The second room was better but still had issues. The AC started to make noise after a couple of nights but we found that keeping it on the middle setting kept it quiet. I dont think the thermostat was working. We would set it fairly high and on low fan and it would still be just as cold as if it was set to a low temp. The bedside reading light stopped working but it wasn't an inconvenience. We had our sheets changed and twice I found rips. Once in the sheet and once the duvet cover (see photo). Ripped bedding is very poor for hotel at any price. Once when we left for the day and requested housekeeping it was not done. I think they are just understaffed in the housekeeping department and they have too many rooms to change over and things get missed.

The hotel's location is perfect with a mall beside and mrt. It is very clean and staff were nice.
What prevented me from giving it a 5 star is that room air conditioning does not work and half of the gym equiptment is broken.
We stayed for 4 nights and they offered another room on our last day. We decided not to take the offer because it was too much of a hazzle to pack up things.

Hotel is literally next to MRT station and a shopping center with lots of restaurants. I'd consider it again if I go to Singapore again.

Fantastic property and service. I highly recommend this property if you would like to stay in the centre of all of the healthcare centres, shoppings and restaurants. It’s above the subway so it’s easy to get anywhere in Singapore within an hour and a half.

Right next to mall and mrt. Super convenient. Great clean amenities overall and excellent service, just limited sound proof so sometimes I can hear my neighboring units at the hotel.
